Waiting on a parcel which was sent from JHB to CPT on the 01/09/2021 its the 6th already and still nothing..... Phone them on the morning of the 6th promised its out on delivery today(6th) but still nothing......

Very poor service. They arrange for delivery and just not show up.

This company deserves 0 stars. After a week my parcel had not been delivered. They lied about nobody being home on the Wednesday then said they had only received it on the Saturday. And parcels to our area are only delivered once a week!!!! Next time Ill use Post Net. There is an opening for a decent courier service. Oh yes.. and when they arrived this morning they sat and hooted to let me know they were here. What about getting out and coming to the door. I am very unimpressed. Zero stars from me.

Good service and staff help full

They are not mindful of the current Corona status. Their delivery staff insist on physically handing the parcels to you & you are still required to physically sign a page. This in a time where the majority of courier businesses have adopted a paperless approach due to Covid is crazy! One wonders if their management are even able to adapt to a safer method of operating.

Quoted R1750 for delivery and 2 companies quoted the same service for under R200??????

There should actually be a choice of 0 stars, because that is what I got! No service, no communication, no sorry we can not find your parcel! NOTHING after numerous phone calls and emails. I am still trying to be refunded for delivery fees. There was no delivery!

Stay away. This company promised to deliver my goods for five days in a row. Every time I call, they say that the driver is running a little late and he will be here tomorrow. Or a representative promises to call me back and they never do. Terrible customer service.

This is the worst company I have ever had dealings with. I was lied to twice in one day saying that my package is on its on its way to me and it will be delivered to Pietermaritzburg before 5pm. 5pm nothing came, I took a chance and phoned the number a Male answered and told me he does not know why they told me it would come as the package is still in Capetown and that staff member lied to me but unfortunately they cant track who gave me the wrong information....
