Excellent service from staff BUT the owner, Leon, must learn not to scold his staff infront of customers (about a stupid sanitizer bottle)!! Thats unprofessional and disrepectful!

Absolutely horrendous service!!! I was at Brackenfell PostNet about a week or two ago regarding my husbands license(renewal). The young lady who had assisted me, Shayelin was extremely helpful and sweet however the owner was incredibly rude to my husband when we had phoned and queried the renewal furthermore the phone call was dropped numerous times!! How can you treat your clients like this?? I feel sorry for the staff...will never use another postNET!

Extremely poor service. Stood outside the shop for 20mins while 6x employees are busy serving 3x customers. After that, one lady approached me to tell met that I will have to wait another 15mins due to loadshedding. I turned around, drove to 3@1 in Cape Gate, didnt have to wait, literally got my 3x standard A4 copies within a minute of stepping into the shop, drove to Brackenfell Police station, was 3rd in line, got my stuff signed - ALL in less time than I wasted outside that place in Brackenfell. I will NOT recommend PostNet Brackenfell, unless you have got all day to stand and wait.

The owner does not know how to speak to Staff or Clients.. look like he doesnt know whats going on in his own store.. he treats his Staff like dogs and speaks to them with no respect infront of client like myself..

Always clean and have services and products for sale.

Very rude owner (Leon) who gets agitated and quickly irritated by his clients and staff alike. He even gives his staff hell at the top of his voice IN FRONT of clients...MOST UNPROFESSIONAL!! The friendly attitude he displays, is forced and false. I did mystery shopping for the Golden Egg group & am tempted to approach Post Net to do mystery shopping for them, (checking out how their franchise branches are run)

Absolutely rubbish , firstly they give the wrong information after i specifically phoned in to inform them i am sending someone and what is required for him to collect , so after returning without my parcel , i send someone else to collect , just to have the staff there laugh at her while she walks out . beyond pathetic and no ethic in regards to business
