My only gripe is the parcel was very heavy so I asked the delivery guy to help me take it to my car, which was a mere 20ft away. Youd swear I asked him to run barefoot through a bed of rusty razor blades. Other than that, great service!

Poor service. My order was delivered to the wrong pick up point, after 2 days of nobody being able to locate it. I was promised it would then be delivered to another address 4 days after- i still dont have my order. Drivers apparently dont answer their phones so its nearly impossible for the call centre to locate them/where they dropped orders off. DO NOT USE PARGO

Their tracking function needs to be improved. There’s only four stages of the delivery process when there is a little bit more and you’d need to scroll down to see this exact activity. The first time I tracked my order I didn’t see all of this, which was also my first time using pargo.

I love using this branch of clicks for my pargo deliveries because theyre so efficient. Its very busy but the service is quick and the staff is always friendly and professional.I love the pargo delivery option because you can just pick up your parcel when youre not busy, as opposed to home delivery where sometimes you might not be home for the delivery. My parcels always arrive very quickly and with no hassles. They also communicate every step of the way so you always know the status of your parcel. Its such a great service to use.
