From the beginning this business messed up the collection of a parcel - they only contacted the alternative number, never once contacting the main number. I called them two days later to find out whats going on, 13 TIMES. It was only after speaking directly to the heads of operations that the driver was informed to collect the parcel, which means every other consultant lied to me about the fact that the driver is on the way. My entire afternoon was wasted as I was told to expect collection between 14:00 and 15:00. Absolutely do not use this business if you want a simple transaction.

We pd their quote. Their driver went to the pickup address. Left the people at reception under the impression he was collecting our consignment from despatch. But never did.They dont answer the phone.Stay very far away from this Co.Hopefully they wont be around for much longer.
