Their pricing is ridiculous. I dont see why I should pay R800 for postnet to postnet delivery just because my document is going to the SAPS. Other couriers that collect from you charge less than R150.

I’m perfectly happy with the staff’s service and to pay whatever they charge because they’re conveniently located, but the manager or owner, the older gentleman, is extremely impatient with the staff and the customers. We’re paying for the services they offer and it shouldn’t matter if I’m doing a scan that you think isn’t worth the money or printing a single page.It’s really not the way to do business. If things like that visibly annoy you to the point where you’re frustratedly and verbally questioning the customer’s needs, it really doesn’t make customers feel welcomed.

Teller wants to view each item, doesnt believe you what you say is in the package. It doesnt matter if the package is sealed, teller insists its policy to inspect each package and open your sealed package.No other courier does this, so Ill definitely not be using them again after using them regularly for some 4-6 years due to the proximity of my work location.

They never answer the phone.Its always a mission doing the simplest of things . Like collecting or sending .Workers cant think for themselves or problem solve.

The manager of this store is a mean man. He has trained his staff to talk to customers in a dismissive and aggressive way. When you walk into the store you feel as if you are being attacked. What an awful Postnet branch.

Postnet is the worst service provider i have experienced. I prefer visits to Home Affairs in fact. As an agent of DHL you would expect the criterias for overseas shipments to be the same. But no: Postnet has invented additional arbitrary rules which DHL dont at all care about. Plus the staff are arrogant, pedantic and militant. Ive been humiliated three times during all my 3 recent visits to postnet branches in Claremont, Observatory and Rondebosch.Was going to be charged R1000 as opposed to R500 because my parcel that weighed 150g was 0.5 cm too thick. DHL sent the same weight parcel which was 5 cm without hesitation. Postnet wont send alloy earrings, DHL sent without questioning. Postnet requires contact details of reciever, DHL says I can put my own as the parcel is a gift.If Postnet is carrying out a service for DHL, why do you create your own difficult rules? I advise everyone to go straight to DHL or a competitor unless you enjoy useless customer service and miserable attitudes.

The only Postnet Ive ever been to that charges a R5 computer fee to print anything.R5 to print from PC... Its a printing shop, what else would I be printing off of?Rather go to Woodstock Postnet, they are faster, friendlier and cheaper.

Went there wanting to bind my documents, the service was wonderful the lady helping me was very friendly with great people skills. The prices are reasonable.

Charged me R5 to send them an email of the document I needed to print and a further R1.50 to print it. That is ridiculous.

It is rare to find such friendly and helpful service.!

Soooo slow , never answer their phones .. make sure you have plenty of time to waste if you want to use this establishment.
