I always hate the admin of sending mail. But never again. Ive found a gem of a place in Cape Towns CBD. Sandy at PostNet in Long Street was so kind and helpful, and took extra care to assist me. My package arrived early the next morning at its destination. Im a customer for life now.

I had an incident about 2 years ago where a lady named Sandy who worked there was rude, Incompetent and obnoxious to me when I wanted to buy tickets for a cricket match at Newlands. I absolutely resent and will not tolerate rude people. She has tarnished the reputation of postnet in long street in cape town and I have there decided to wash my hands off this branch in particular.

Terrible service and the owner was incredibly rude. I called PostNet customer service and they said they will investigate the situation and follow up with me, but I have not heard anything back. Wont be using PostNet again because of this.

I had a very important legal document for my American greencard I needed to print and send off and boy was it a mess on my end cause I had no access to a printer.Thank god for Postnet ~ they were able to help me with everything from customizing pictures on words to printing, photocopying and shipping abroad in just a few days to meet the deadline. Everyone was so professional and kind. Really impressed by the services here! The owner Des was so patient and accommodating. I will be back for all future needs.

I have used this Postnet before and was not impressed.I have just left there now, after the older guy with glasses was rude to every customer before me.A young polite gentleman then helped me but was not 100% sure instead of the manager giving assistance he just belittled the guy in front of everyone.

Ive used their service quite a few times and every time I was extremely happy with their service. They are always well prepared and can answer any question. They have gone the extra mile every time to give me advice and information that I didnt know I needed.

They take ages to send you quotations and then want to charge for those quotes, seriously.

The manager there seems to always be in a bad mood. And he treats the staff so bad, he speaks to them in a disrespectful way. He was yelling at them Dont move my stuff!! I keep telling you guys dont move my stuff!!. This happened whilst I was waiting for my prints. Seems like everyone tries to please him, or walk on eggshells. Its not pleasant to be there.

I have been to this post net a few times now. They did what I asked to a sufficient standard, but there was an atmosphere that made me feel rather uncomfortable every time I went there. The higher staff seemed extremely irritated with the rest of the staff and they werent very friendly with them. I could see that they did not enjoy working together and for this reason I did not enjoy being there and will not go back.

Great Service

Business hours listed on Google incorrectly clearly. Long street opens at 08h00 but staff refuse to open up. They ignore the phone and just stare at you through the window when you try show them their times on your mobile. Poor show! Making customers wait in the cold.

Wont ever use this branch again, they only open at 8:30 on Wednesdays and even if the owner is there browsing the net, he just leaves people standing outside.
