Super happy! I walked in at 1:00pm and ordered two A0 canvas screens to be printed and mounted; and cheekily asked if it could be done before noon the next day. The staff were professional and on the ball. They confirmed that they had the correct stock and delivered on time and great quality. Look no further for your printing needs.

Rude, disinterested staff. As a previous review said, almost comatose. Totally ignore you. Also a very bad color result on a mug, which I was actually going to ask to be redone, but they had already attempted it and said I could pay an extra R20 if I wanted the worse looking one as well, and its a gift for tomorrow. Also the girl left me and disappeared while I was examining it so decided to just leave. Definitely wont be back.

I had a colour A0 plan print done there, and had to wait 45mins for the plot to be done. Upon inspection of the print, some of the font werent legible, so I queried it, and was told that the fault was at my side (DWG - pdf), but everywhere else, the prints/fonts were fine. I was also told that should i require a reprint, I had to pay again. I went to their N1 city branch where the staff were super friendly, and had the print done in less than 5mins with no issue, AND the N1 City branch charged me R89, while Bayside Mall charged me R136.

It started on an unnecessarily rocky footing, with the order incorrectly recorded, despite it being provided in writing. So, the first quote was incorrect. The second quote should have gone to someone else, not us. The third quote was still not entirely correct but we soldiered on and, thankfully, the final result was great.

Incredible service!! Went in with a last minute print job and they got it done in record time. Extremely happy :)

We have been out the country for 9 years and my first dealings with 3@1 was before my computer was connected, so had to make use of their computers, found they super friendly and very efficient. I have since had printing done on T Shirts, mugs and a photo book and have been very happy with the outcome. I strongly recommend anyone to go to 3@1 in Bayside, their service is excellent.

Just got back chatted by there staff for asking why I need to email a document to them when I want to print in colour? You are an Internet cafe and print shop but cannot print directly from a computer in your shop? I then proceed to now pay for the wasted paper and another staff member is blindly mopping the floor as if there are no customers in the shop. I ask her to help me and express my distaste for the poor service and set up they have in the shop and say they should pay close attention to their reviewers to which the staff member says to me with an attitude, we do watch them very closely. So here is another review for you guys. Poor service. Poor attitudes and will definitely NEVER set foot in this store again. Cannot print a colour document from your own computers? Have you ever heard of such BS.

No stars! Their service is absolutely appalling! They are utterly useless, went there 3 weeks ago to get a printed phone cover they told me they didnt have stock and will let me know when they do (by the end of the week). I waited and went there 1 week later still no stock, spoke to manager and she told me she would have stock in a couple of days. Went there again and left my details for the 3rd time and she said she would have stock by the end of the week again. Today i called and manager still didnt bother going to the supplier. Worker ended my call after I asked who I can file a complaint with as he says that was unnecessary. Friend of mine got a mug printed and it was the wrong way round, they claimed he said he wanted it that way and wanted him to pay again to change it.Utter uselessness! They cannot do their job, if you want something done on time and correctly, please find another place where they actually know how to do their job.Appalling service, customer service is shocking, no people skills, rude and over priced!

Wost service I have ever experienced. They scanned a document of 30 pages to me which I needed to send off urgently but I could not open this on any of my phones nor laptops nor could the person I had to send this to open It. I had to pay R65 for this. They were not happy at all to assist and just argued saying that it could open on thir PC. I will not be using this store again. This is how you lose regular customers.

Rogues! 3@1 bayside mall. Besides their very unfriendly reception to customers, they are a RIP OFF!!They charged me about 400 bucks to print out a file on A3.Then I went to Postnet just about 3mins drive away from Bayside mall, they printed the same file for me for 40 bucks. Ridiculous!!!3@1 ripped me of over 300 bucks, and on top of that treated me so cold.

Today I went there and I had to copy 40 pages to send it to my email i printed the pages at home nd took it in for them to scan it to a pc for me they charged me 130 rand just to copy my pages to a pc, that is day light robbery dont go there trust me they are over priced like mad...
