We sat at the car wash for 3 hours!!! How is this acceptable?! There are only two guys, both equally slow. Near the end there were so many cars waiting to be cleaned on the inside that the one washing had to stop what he was busy with and come help, even though he had cars waiting to be washed... this is really not sustainable.

Great service and received a free car wash and go when I filled up my vehicle.

We are regular customers. We again filled up today. The attendant proceeded to check the tyres whilst leaving the nozzle in the tank inlet, as always. The nozzle didnt switch off automatically when the tank was full, like it should. The petrol gushed out. The attendant eventually saw this and rushed to switch it off. A LOT (litres!!!) of petrol ended up on the ground. We had to pay for it and have the car washed, before the petrol could damage the paint work. All attendants saw this. THE END.The moral of the story...SERVICE YOUR PUMPS REGULARLY BECAUSE IF YOU DONT, WE AS YOUR CUSTOMERS END UP PAYING FOR IT!! AND DONT BLAME (OR CHARGE!!!) THE ATTENDANT FOR FAULTY EQUIPMENT!!!!

I seldom stop here for petrol, however I stop her most Mondays for a muffin, coffee and cigarettes. Every time the service has been, to say the least, slow. Today I asked for my usual Latte and was asked what size, tall thank you. No cups except small. Why ask? Then halfway through the latte, the machine ran empty of water. The lavazzo machine has been replaced with some unknown brand.. seems staff are still in training as to the use of it... will be going elsewhere in future.Still waiting after typing this message...

I stop here today to fuel up my car. I use this garage every week to full both cars. Today I asked for a windshield wash. The bonnet had one bird drop on it and I started to clean it off but the attendants stopped me because you got a car wash. I told the attendant to stop with the windshield cleaning. I used his old paper towel to wipe off the bonnet. I USED TO USE BP AND I NEVER BEEN TREATED LIKE THIS WITH TWO ATTENDANTS TELLING ME OFF.
