I just have to say a week ago I was at Shell filling up, I had the most amazing attended. His name is ARTWELL, he is not only 5 star service provider but he is an OSCAR winner for the best seller too.He was absolutely kind and friendly. I have never ever had service at any fuel station like I have experienced here.I phoned in immediately after I left, and I could hear the absolutely joy in the owners voice.Keep it going and thank you so much for everything.

Always good and friendly service. I really dont understand why some pups are blocked by cones? I turned around twice because they had a lot of cars waiting while the cones was in front of the other pups

I went in to buy ice and the cashier (Named Simba) only rang up 2 of the 3 bags ,he then gave me change of R7.20 (1 bag is R10.95 so 3 bags would be R32.85 meaning I was meant to receive R17.15 change as I paid R50). Once I went back to confront him he already knew how much he owed me and gave me the change before I told him the amount which shows he has been doing this to a lot of people, so please be aware when shopping here.

This is THE best petrol station, Ive ever been too. The staff is helpful, friendly and there is a friendly banter among themselves, to see who can attend to a new customer first. Its a pleasant surprise, to see excellent customer service in action. They are always smiling, even in the wind and the rain.Needing a snack, milk or bread on your way home? Pop into the shop and see what they have. The pies and muffins are really amazing. Thank you Shell for amazing service. You guys rock!

I have alway been a loyal customer. Until today. The one staff member was completely rude for telling me i must remove my car from their premises. I cant park there. The problem arrised that there was no parking. But yelling at me with an attitude. I will never go there again. There are other petrol stations that are far more customer friendly. And staff with better attitudes. If i am not allowed to park my car there. I am not allowed to be your customer. So goodbye. You wont be seeing me again!!

Staff is friendly and service is excellent but the owner seems to have a really arb rule where cellphones need to be switched off outside your car (an attendent argued with me about this and couldnt tell me why other than the boss said so).For some reason, the owner thinks its fine to use card machines connecting via GSM next to a fuel pump yet a cellphone is outright dangerous. Cellphone usage is also fine as long as youre in your car which makes absolutely no sense.Numerous studies have debunked the theory that the waves emitted by cellphones have caused fuel to ignite and this rule is just an inconvenience for me as I use my phone to keep a logbook for fuel ups. Owner seems to be out of touch with technology and old fashioned in his/her ways, the staff is great though!
