Not an easy course to play when you walking 🚶‍♂️😁. I expected better organisation, like we didnt see much of Marshall as there were guys playing very slow in front of us. Course was also very wet. Better taking a golf cart when playing.

I played with my club, Royal Glen Golf Club here on 21 March 2021, I have to say Bellville Golf Course is one of the most challenging courses in Cape Town, there was not one shot except a few putts that was on level ground, your ball is either above or below making it more challenging to strike accurately. The ground is also very hard at places not forgiving to your clubs when you do notstrike your ball properly.The fairways are mostly either on a slant to the left or right seldom level so too are the putting greens.Covid 19 protocols strictly enforced and it was good to see all players complying.The course is well maintained the greens were super fast and my 4 ball took a while to master our putting weight. The Marshalls ran the games efficiently and had a pleasant demeanor.The half way house was also on the ball insisting all players place their orders before tee off, they make a mean bacon egg and cheese toasted sarmie and the staff are super friendly cudos to them.So for a challenging and enjoyable round of golf, I recommend Bellville Golf Club but do yourself a favor order cart for your round when you book!!!!!, never mind just take my advice on this hahaha.

Great Course, Good condition. Amongst the best value for money in Cape Town. Could do with some extra way markers for visitors but other than that, top course

This golf course will be the talk of the week for all golfers it is a beautiful place a real challenge to play for tournaments and youll easily fall in love with it hill top view over the city. Go today if you havent been you missing out.

You need to be fit to walk this course. Its tough on the ankles and knees because the course fairways are slanted so many times you play with the ball not level. Take a cart if you not fit. Beautiful course though and generally well kept and green.

Golf course in excellent condition. Challenging for the part timer, but enjoy playing 18.

The course is always in good nick, but its not my favorite. Too hilly and difficult to walk, let alone play. If youre going to Bellville, at least book a cart.

Been new to the game and having played at a few Courses, by far the reception and the ambience at Bellville far exceeds the rest. Well done.

Beautiful course, excellent food, only reason for the missing 5th star is the slant on the course on many of the holes, it gets tiresome 😅, other than that, an awesome course.

Really a beautiful course with great views and lovely surroundings and friendly staff

The course is fine but most of the road ways are awful. The dams are both at a low level and all the rubbish laying on the beds should be removed before they refill. The tyre barrier on the top dam is an eyesore and also should be taken away. It is the little things that add to the overall appearance.

Beautiful golf course challenging but enjoyable .. if playing 18 best to get cart as back 9 is tough..

A great course to come and play at, only complaint is the attitude of the course marshals, it seems like they enjoy being in a position if “power” and like to drive around on their carts complaining to the golfers.

The course is great but you need to hire a car.

I played there for the first time yesterday, the greens and fairways are very good, my only complaint is that the course layout is not on the score card, and the paths are not very well signposted, also not all the holes have a plate with the playing green info on

Beautiful clean & well laid out courses.the groundsmen are extremely helpful especially when I got into trouble with the sandtrap! They didnt hesitate to come clean up my mess!

Golf club great. Staff fantastic. Only challenge was getting so.ething to eat early because the kitchen only opens at 8am, but I understand due to the Covid-19 regulations. Course in fantastic condition.

Amazing course! A great variety of holes and difficulties... Spectacular landscape especially during the sunset period! Love it!

Really nice course with some chipping; driving and chipping practise sections but they overbook the green.There is always a delay in tee off time.I had the opportunity to take my kids there for a Target 36 game and the kids were super excited yet but because there was a delay they had to rush their game which is not great.

Beautiful club, amazing course but wanted to support players while handling business but no wifi available to customers so have to leave early. So not a place for business with partners while enjoying a drink, but otherwise 5 stars!

The course itself was in great condition but I was reminded again about how tough a walking course this is. Every effort has been made to ensure you are safe regarding COVID with prepayment of meals etc. An enjoyable day out.

Beautiful coarse. Just get carts, lot of elevation that will kill your legs if your walking.

Breath taking view. I was here for work reasons and could not believe the green grass at this place. It is a venue for lots of different things not just a golf club. If you interested in having something here give them a ring. It will be worth every penny you give.

Great clubhouse and very friendly staff. Club members are vibrant, providing you with a relaxed, friendly environment - youll find yourself in great company. A must play for any golfer.

Well looked after course

Went for a 9 hole walk with my husband yesterday. What a lovely experience. The lawns are in immaculate condition and loads of families walking their kids and dogs. Beautiful bird life as well.

Overall it was a great day for golf. Despite the occassional shower the greens were very quick and testing. Always a pleasure to play at Bellville

The course was excellent but they had no caddies carts or pull carts on the day

Quick and easy place to access for quick practice or some grub and a beer. Artificial tee boxes. Dont forget to buy ur plastic tee. Practice putting and chipping greens seem decent. Friendly vibe

Took part in a Run The Greens run at Bellville golf club. Lovely venue for a run as long as no golf balls flying around.The bar area is comfortable an the burger good!

Sodden! Like playing in a rice paddy, so wet and muddy. Tough challenge playing in those conditions! Otherwise very hilly course and some interesting holes! A definite challenge.

I work here by the golf club at a carwash and since i started to work here i love the place and the view is to die for.the people here is nice and friendly thats why i love it here.

They have no water but the course is nice and very different than other in Cape Town area. Up and down left and right fairways and not easy to play. Good for one or two games !!!
