Staff, whilst friendly, do not keep their word unfortunately. I had to fetch my device now as I need it after having been told it would be ready before closing yesterday. Not impressed at all.

Very bad service, i would not recommend this store. I came in asking for assistance, the guy that assisted me but was getting very irratated with me asking questions about the product and was raising his voice everytime he answered in such an irratated manner. No way to treat a customer that is coming to purchase something quit pricy.I will support a business that appreciates your money.

All your home and computer tec, one stop shopping at a good price

The very last time I will purchase any product at this store. A few months that ago I purchased a power bank (R100). It performed as its purpose. 2 months later it stopped working. A few months later i purchased earphones at the same branch (R89). Exactly 8 days later it stopped working, by then I was not able to return it. Yes, these items were cheap, I did not expect those items to last and function properly for the next 5 years but I did not expect to purchase a item and it becomes defective with a few months and a few days. I look the things I purchase, I do not throw it around nor mishandled it as I am an independent individual earning a income not a student or child been looked after financial by parents. Yesterday I went to this store to purchase another power bank (R69). I was two minded of going there but because the shop seemed empty & I was pressed for time I thought let me give it one more shot as I do believe in change. One customer was already at the till with his item, the cashier was sort of ringing up his goods, the other store agent was helping another customer. The rest of the store agents(4) were crowded at the back of the store standing next to each other overlooking the activities in the store. (Mind you, there was no other customers in the besides those I mentioned). While waiting in line for some assistance, a much older store agent walks up behind the counter property to assist the cashier as she seemed to take forever to ring up 2 items. Or pery she was waiting for the customers phone number. I honestly cannot say as that customer paid cash for his item not by card which would have taken longer. The older store agent, saw me standing there, did not acknowledge me, offer a Hello, how may I help you. If I had not said excuse me sir I am looking for..., He would not have bothered. Nonetheless, he produce what I came for, provided no instructions or info on this device, placed in the counter and off he went. I thought oh alright, perhaps there are other customers he is helping but there was none as I looked around in the shop and saw no one else. I also though oh well Im sure this devices comes with some sort of instruction or phamplet with the details on how to use it. At last it was my turn to pay for the item, no eye contact was made with me by the cashier, nogood afternoon, no would you like a bag with this item, nothing g of the sort.She rang up my item so fast I thought oh well perhaps its her tea break.I opened the package, no instructions nor phamplet whatsoever in it. And no the cashier never said a thing to me nor advise how to operate it. Should it be charged before I use it etc as each product is different and not the same.I have charged this stupid thing for at least 8 hours only to find out it is totally useless, does not work and this store sells items that do not work.Once again, yes the item is cheap, yes I did not expect it to last me 5 years but for goodness sake it does not even work.So I paid for a defective power bank. I will return this item and would like my money back. I do not even want another product.I work hard for my money, I take care of the things I buy as I do not want to be buying the same thing 8 days later nor buying the same product 2 months later.I expect the item to perform its function for more than 8 days at least.I honestly did not intended to waste my time and money in this store only to walk out with a product that is does not work straight out the box.Not to mention, the lack of customer services provided by the store agents. The basics such as greeting, acknowledging a customer, offering assistance not where the customer must ask you for help before you run off to the back of store to stand next to your other colleagues and admire the store floor.I expect my money back. But we will see. An update will be posted soon.
