What great service!I took 2 iMacs and a laptop to Ryan to get the HDDs replaced with SSDs. All were done within a week & Ryan was great at explaining what he would do. He kept me informed & gave the old HDs back in an external case, so that i could copy over the data i needed.

In 56yrs have tried few Apple repair shops...... Ryan is a honest, very friendly folk. He will refund anything not complete/unsatisfying. Once he even refunded me as a favour because my insurance decided to write off my MacBook Pro for some reason at the end. I believe those folks gave negative reviews are liars.

Exceptional service is very rare to experience in Cape Town. Ryan absolutely exceeded my expectations. He personally hand delivered my laptop to my door a few minutes ago - because he understood the urgency. My Macbook Pro had a faulty keyboard, the repairs took exactly two working days as promised. They arrange a courier to collect it at my door, at no charge few hours after I emailed to get a quotation. They were competitive with their quotation. Communication was promptly responded to - a great professional company to deal with.P.s I am typing this message on my brand new keyboard, and it works perfectly!
