Ive been to Refix twice for my Mac issues, and each time Ive been met with a quick, professional and affordable service.In the most recent case, my hard drive had failed (my mac is almost 10 years old so it was time). I took it to Vincent at Refix, and he helped me buy a new external harddrive on Takealot so that he could install it (ordering it online would be faster, and he could see I was stressed about losing work). He also managed to get it working so that I could go home an hour later and continue my work (on my very old, but somehow still working HD).Two days later he installed my brand new harddrive, and my mac is running beautifully, even though it is almost 10 years old.Vincent is a caring, understanding and hardworking Apple expert, and I would recommend Refix time and time again.

I am beyond impressed with Vincent.My phones motherboard needed replacing, although it was broken beyond repair. He went over and above to assist me with a damage report for Insurance. Awesome experience at Refix on my MacBook!The staff was responsive and friendly and resolved my problem while I was waiting. The reflective screen on my MacBook Pro deteriorated very badly and Apple said it was past their free recall guarantee and therefore not interested in my problem. Another Apple store in town quoted me just on R17k for a screen replacement with only a three-month warranty! Refix resolved my problem right away in less than an hour and for a fraction of the cost, with the display again looking as good as new! Many thanks Refix. Awesome job!

I took my 2013 MacBook air in for a repair and the team was efficient and professional and all offered at a very competitive price. On the point of price; they dont charge a consultation fee like some of their competitors.I was away on holiday while my laptop was being repaired and they were happy to keep the laptop for an extra 3 weeks, which I thought was really good service.

Fast service and super friendly people. Had my macbook pro screen replaced with a second hand that was pretty much unused for nearly half the price of a new one. Don’t let the small setup of their workplace scare you off!

Highly recommended. I needed an urgent battery replacement for my MacBook Air. After calling the store, I was able to come in within 1 hr and have my battery replaced immediately in store. There was no waiting time when arriving at the store, the staff was very friendly and my problem was resolved within 20 minutes.

I recently purchased a used iMac from Refix. I asked about the machine, if there were any problems. I was assured the machine was in full working order. I then spent an additional R2000 upgrading the machine. However upon receiving the machine, the cd/dvd drive doesnt work. After notifying Vincent I was told that sometimes it doesnt read some disks! TO ME THAT MEANS ITS FAULTY and this should have been disclosed BEFORE I purchased the machine!!!They have offered to repair, however I am on the otherside of the country and have to incure further expenses to send the machine back to Cape Town.I now wonder what else is faulty...This could all have been avoided if they were open and honest from the beginning. Instead they have ruined the first impression from a new customer!Poor show Refix!

Earlier this year checked in my MacBook Air, it said was the motherboard, quoted me for an expensive replacement. Only recently I thought I gave digicape a try. Digicape reset my mac and it worked, free of charge.

After phoning around trying to find someone who might have the parts for my MacBook pro, without charging crazy amounts for the assessment only, I phoned Refix and they were happy to have a look at it for me at no charge. After confirming they had the parts it was an easy and painless process. Refix did an excellent job replacing my screen panel and got everything done that I asked for. The MacBook was ready within 2 days and its running like a charm and communication was good too. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

After spilling coffee over my entire Macbook was Refix the first one to open the back checking whether my hard drive was damaged or not. I thought my laptop wouldnt be repairable anymore, but they were able to fix it with a new logic board and this within 1,5 week! I never had such a fast repair! Vincent gives a solid explaination and works very professional. I would recommend you to go there if you have any kind of issue with your macbook!

I cracked the screen on my very expensive Macbook Pro 15 touchbar whilst in transit on an overseas trip.Apple cost to replace the screen was exorbitant. Upon googling, i came across Refix Cape Town. I recently had to replace the battery in my MacBook Air. I contacted ReFix in Cape Town city bowl and had very cordial and straightforward phone contact with Vincent. I have never seen great people like these in Refix Apple Experts. They are really experts in what they do. They have really made my day. I went in with my MacBook Pro 17 core 2 duo with many issue such as keyboard, Wi Fi and charging port problem. And they find my computer is beyond repair. They offered an alternative of trading in my one with a working machine. I only have topped up some bucks on top of my core 2 duo. I now have a working MacBook Pro 17 i7 working perfectly. They are also very friendly and caring people. Great communication too.
