What great service from Laptech-It. Irfan is very knowledgeable. He managed to retrieve my lost data off my external hard drive which was severely compromised. In addition he replaced the hard-drive on my laptop in a flash. By the constant flow of clientele one can see that is a very popular shop for your everyday repairs. Give them a go.

Very friendly service, with quick response times. Although I am grateful that Laptech was the only repair store that was willing to replace my keyboard, it was not the same brand as my laptop so it does not fit very well and there are lumps around my keyboard. This would be fine if I were charged a bit less and warned about it. I also dont think the R350 for maintenance is necessary.

Fantastic service ! The screen hinge on my trusty laptop was damaged after a fall. Laptech made a beautiful repair at a very reasonable price. I handed the laptop into them on Friday and it was ready by Monday morning! So refreshing to find a place capable of making repairs instead of fitting new parts at three times the cost. Laptech IT you saved my life. The upgrade works perfectly. My trusted bullet proof macbookpro early 2011 had some minor surgery, Laptech replaced my hardrive with solid state drive (ssd card) ... thank you for speedy service.

My 2012 Macbook Pro wouldnt turn on; it had also been running slowly and randomly shutting off for years. After an SMC reset stopped working and it was completely dead, I took it here. It was ready in less than 24 hours. Its now clean, turns on, and runs far faster than it did before! Price was reasonable and far far less than anything I would pay at the V&A Waterfront (where a friend of mine was estimated 15 days minimum for a screen fix). Laptech is fast, professional, and cheap. Plus, theres a 3 month warranty! Would give them 10/5 stars if I could!

Irfan save the day!!!!!! I had a leak in the roof above my laptop and it rained and all the water fell on my keyboard and into my computer.
