AVOID AT ALL COSTS! The customer service is absolutely disgusting, my laptop has taken nearly a week to come back when it should have taken a day. The owners customer service is absolute dreadful. I would highly recommend not using this place for any computing fixes.

Sea Point in the many years Ive lived here has had alot of internet cafes come and go. Fusion on the other hand has remained and the experience Ive had is excellent. I highly recommend Fusion I.T Center when ever you need a place to get important stuff done.

Agreed to have my laptop keys replaced the next following day at 2pm as well as a cleaning, of which I was additionally charged for. I was ok with paying for it and made a deposit. Trusting he would live up to his word. I arrived the next day at around 1:30pm as told, only to find my laptop was disassembled on the counter and the laptop not cleaned of the sticky residue that I was promised (had not been worked on at all) mind you this all cost me R2200 to simply replace the laptop keyboard and clean the laptop motherboard. The technicians phone was not available. After trying again after some time I waited 30 minutes after 2pm until he finally arrived with the keyboard replacement part. He hastily put it together and blamed the rain can you believe it! I asked for a small discount for the inconvenience and didnt receive any only more blah blah blabah mouthing, and on top of that I had to walk across the road to draw money as the card machine was not working. I am not happy with the end result too as the keyboard is still hard to press in some places and it is not a genuine part replacement. If I had time to find another more professional company I would and I am sorry that I received such pathetic service. I still have another issue from the case not put together properly but wont be returning simply to avoid ever coming back there again. Highly unprofessional and distasteful not worth a cent of time and money. We live and learn I suppose and I hope others will learn from my experience and avoid dealing with this company

Had a queries, asked for assitance on weather i needed an upgrade on my sons laptop. After being quoted an amount for extra ram I decided to check alternative options. They expected me to pay R100 as a consulting fee, wasnt mentioned before hand when i originally quieried.I feel very hard done by and there for can cannot recomend steppng foot in that place.

Went there to replace my iPhone 6S screen and asked specifically for an original screen, not a generic. Let’s just say typing on my phone has been a nightmare since. The sensor is very inaccurate so am always clicking on the wrong letter, buttons, links. Waited 3 weeks for them to respond to me text messages before posting review, so here we are. Also the guy there was super pushy about me leaving a review using there computer while was there and my phone wasn’t even done getting fixed yet. Glad I waited.

10/10Had a problem with my apple ID and the technician helped me with the whole procedure.

They are quick to attend to customers and sometimes they give other small services for free.

I paid them to repair a monitor. When I returned home with it it still did not work. I returned the same day and whilst en route was told that the technician had to go on lunch. I ended up waiting for the technician for two hours who had left his phone at the shop and just did not return. They refused to refund me after I left. Have not bothered to waste another minute on trying to get a better service. I would not use this company for any repairs or services. They do not adhere to the CPA.

This place is a scam. They charged me a lot to fix my laptop. It was not fixed in the end and they would not refund me. They do not do a good job. I would not reccomend ever using these peoples services

This place is really rediculously managed, seems the person responding to bad reviews just try to make his customers be the bad person in the story.. I went there to print 2 pages, was told its 9.50 a page. Since i want my cv to be printed in color, due to not having data i sent a whatsapp, 2 pages got printed, my photo on the cv did not come out on the page and the guy that printed it, asked me whats wrong with your cv then I responded to tell him its not the cv, clearly your printer is the problem that it would print everything on the page except the photo, not wanting to make a big deal I decided to pay as I needed the cv as a matter of urgency, time to pay this obnoxiously disrespectful man, not sure if its his business, told me I had to pay extra R12 for sending the whatsapp . I never saw an internet cafe try to exploit people in this way.. Clearly you who is managing the place is the self centered one and not your customers. I would never ever advise anyone to use your services, because you claim to be an honest businessman but yet your actions is proof of you making people feel scammed. Instead of apologizing to clients who complain via your review page, you are busy telling them they are self centered. Go to business school my friend and learn how to conduct a business properly. Im now waiting for you to insult me too. YOU ARE JUST TAKING CHANCES WITH PEOPLE TO MAKE THEM PAY FOR POOR SERVICE FROM YOU.

Got excellent attention from the stuff and was very helpful

Went here to get 2 sheets of doc printed in black and white. Saw on the wall it was R2.5 each. I was told to send the doc to their email address to be printed.At the till, they told me it was R17 that includes a R12 email opening fee, they charges you to receive an email in order to be printed. That was not disclosed upfront, they insisted that it was always done this way. Even though its only R12, it leaves you a feeling of being scammed.

Dont ever use this place. I bought an international travel plug from them - I asked, at purchase, if it wasnt the right plug for me, could I return. They said yes, and I even took a picture of the slip (as they dont give you one). I tried to return it 3 days later, and they wouldnt. Said he would give me back 50% of my money as the other 50% would be used as a restocking fee. R75 to put a plug back on the shelf behind him... dont waste your time, go to a place that works with you as customer.

Had ID photos taken there. I was assured that ‘they do these all the time’. Received the photos after paying upfront and they were highly pixelated and printed on A4 copy paper😂. When I asked for a refund, for a product I never received, assistant said I couldn’t get one because only the boss could give refunds, who was at lunch and his phone was left at the shop. Absolute disgrace of a business, stay clear if you want any kind of service or quality.

Rude and dishonest repairs technician who swore repeatedly at me when I questioned the authenticity of his work. Quick to anger he raised his voice and shouted when I pointed out he only did half his job. He then proceeded to charge me the full R800 for a job that should cost max R450 to R650 when quoted by other stores. Do yourself a favour and skip this place.

Beware about coming here as the boss will try scam you. I left my phone there at 9am for water damage and was told it can be done by 2pm, Price quoted was at most R800 and anything more they would contact me by email which we re-confirmed. I went back at 2pm and advised I would come back the next day as my phone was now still in pieces. I came back 9am the next day and was told I needed to pay R1600 for my phone and that they sent me an email about it but could not prove it and made up more lies to cover it and just wanted so much more money than originally agreed on. I paid so much for no new parts but just to have my phone taken apart and put back together and returned incomplete. Careful coming here as the boss is a liar and does nothing. Rather talk to the IT guy.
