They offer the best service, I had a laptop issue water fell on my laptop and it immediately switched off when I took it to the the technician guy William checked it and told me to come back in 2days and when I came laptop was working. They are very affordable. Big up to you guys

At first I rated 5 stars but unfortunately I reviewed way too quickly before actually testing what I had bought first. My fiancé and I bought a laptop from them, we were told the laptop was in perfect condition even asked him to test it and when it lagged we were told it was because it had been off for a few days. When we got home and tested the laptop it was extremely slow, completely outdated and there were so many viruses on it.

Responded to an online ad for cellphone repairs. Phoned saturday and got a quote to repair a cracked screen on a samsung galaxy s8 plus for R1800. Drive all the way there the same day. When i booked it in and phoned “William” After the call the gentlemen said they can only get the replacement screen monday. Monday i phoned and they took my number to get back to me. No reply. Tuesday the same, took the number again no call back. Tuesday afternoon i phoned and they said “we cannot get a screen” “Come and get your phone if you like”??????? Is this not false advertising. Can somebody help me with details for consumer protection? I am not an idiot i know the screens are abundant but they are not prepared to honour their word at the price quoted.

Jacques and Elson couldnt have been more helpful and courteous. Their prices are incredibly reasonable and I know their after-sales service will be great, especially as they have suggested using Teamviewer should I need to discuss any problems (I live quite a distance away from their store). All in all a great shopping experience!

The worst after sales service I have ever received. They have the same standard line telling me my laptop, bought from them and under warranty, has a virus, and they cant fix it via Teamviewer. However, when consulting a professional IT repair company, there is no virus and the problem was solved within 10 minutes on Teamviewer! Will never use them again.

Worst service ever. Its not a computer shop, its a day care. then i phone and confirm twice on a laptop, when i get there its sold. After eventually settling on a laptop with lower specs than the one i wanted, the price was suddenly double. very unprofessional. would not recommend

Received very bad service. I responded to an add yesterday asking if a certain laptop was available, and the owner responded with Yes. I then called again this morning to ask if its available and spoke to the owner, and again he said yes its available,and I said Im coming through the afternoon. I especially left work early to visit the store. When I arrived there was no laptop, the owner was sitting and drinking at a pub opposite the road, and didnt even bother coming when someone tried to call him. A gentleman eventually came back from the pub with a message from the owner saying that the laptop must first go through security checks. Did the owner not know this yesterday? What a waiste of my time after repeated enquiries.

Bought a Xbox controller, after waiting 40 min for the owner to bring the controller. Their controllers are a disgusting Quality. When i go back to return it. He says he will get me a new one and not a refund.He then takes 20 min to get a new one of horrible quality. Would never ever buy there ever again

Yesterday the worst thing that can happen, happened... I spilled an extra large coffee all over my less than a year old dell laptop. Rushing to Computor Mania i was told my laptop was done for it and the only option was to buy a new one! In a panic I was referred to bluetec, my friend adding that if they cant do anything then we know the laptop is done for it! And he was right! They truely saved the day! Arriving in a complete stressed out panic i was met by 3 amazingly calm and helpful guys whom started to strip and dry my laptop! While i was there they walked me through every next step they were taking, joking and keeping me calm. 4 hours later the amazingly talented, ambitious and passionate technician Nelson fixed my laptop - doing this while his extremely stressed out customer (me;)) was looking over his shoulder. After receiving my fixed laptop with relief and gratitude, I started bracing to receive the bill which i was expecting to be an extreme amount only to be relieved with an excellent price!!! I will recommend these guys any day. My whole day was turned around and in turn i met 3 amazing individuals whom from now on have a very clutsy blonde as a forever future customer. Thanks so much guys you are truely amazing🙌
