A highly frustrating experience. I booked my laptop in for a keyboard issue. The staff that it would be fixed. That was 10 days ago; I have been back and forth to the shop 6 times, every time the staff says they have hopefully fixed the issue only for the laptop to still be broken. This is has been a highly disappointing experience from a company that seemed to have good reviews. Time wasted and I dont even think they even tried to fix the issue.

Gave in my water clogged MacBook pro without much hope of a repair. They fixed it and I would have been happy to pay a multitude more of what was charged

I had urgent laptop issues and naturally first called one of the big companies, who supposedly would have called me back (I am still waiting!). I strong recommend using Fix I.T. for iPhone repairs. They fixed my screen promptly (within 24 hours) and at a better price than I was quoted at other mainstream outlets. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. Paxton Phiri is a very friendly guy, a complete professional and excellent at what he does. He even offered to install a screen guard at no additional cost when he had repaired my phone. What a legend! I will definitely be using them for any other iPhone related services and inquiries I may need in the future. I wish them good fortune!

I recommend Fix I.T. I took my Macbook pro-2012 in for an SSD upgrade and they did that very well. I had water damage on my Macbook which they picked up in the process and repaired. The team is very experienced and fast. It was my first time using Fix I.T and it certainly wont be my last.

They booked my laptop and assured of a diagnosis in 2 hours. One week later I was calling them to ask them whats going on, only to be told my PC is beyond repair. Upside would be they were at least able to tell me this and also get my hard drive out so I could have my stuff at least stored.

The best place to get any tech issues solved. Very professional, honest and effective. I appreciated their communication skills and how they offered advice on how not to experience the same problem I was having with my PC. Also very prompt and reasonably priced. Thanks a million Fix I.T

Absolutely awesome! He makes sure you are satisfied and he is friendly as well! My laptop screen broke and I called on a Saturday, unfortunately he could not see me on that day but after explaining that I had a test on Tuesday and I couldnt wait till Monday, he took his own time on Mothers Day to fetch my laptop and fixed it the very same day and the quality of the repair was just astonishing! I had taken my laptop which had severe hardware problems to several places none of which could help me but Fix I.T were confident from the get go all the way until the end, in fact the owner himself, Jade Boete, came all the way out to Malmesbury (45min rive)to sort an internet connection problem out completely out of his own willingness to help insure the customer was satisfied.(The connection problem ha nothing to do with the work they had already done) The utmost respect and thanks for the impeccable service once again, a rare find in this industry these days!.
