Please do not use this company as they false advertise and bluntly tell you to get stuffed. They advertise on their website that they will arrange a courier service to collect and have the item repair in 48 hours. I have also uploaded the conversation and screen snip from their website. Worst online service ever !

Called 3 times and promised they would get back to me, emailed and even tried going to the premises. The guy that answered has questionable IT knowledge, given Im contacting him for specialist tools he seemed to know little, specifically about the parts I was speaking of when clearly its advertised on the site as one of the areas of speciality. As a senior IT technician with over 10 years of experience, there are alarm bells here, I would avoid this business in my opinion.To the owner: My enquiring was for a customer of mine, given I was looking for a dedicated supplier like yourself, you should really work on your customer service. You have lost current and future business as a result of this poor experience. And when I raised this, it was ignored as well. Sorry I wont be contacting your business in future.

I called them a week ago. Got ahold of a guy who promised me an agent would call me. To date I have been awaiting the call. They have absolutely no courtesy for clients thats if it is a registered professional business because even their telephone etiquette does not imply so

Hated the experience. Horrible place. So I have them a laptop to replace an LCD cable. Paid cash and in full for it. When I got home the laptop was still not working and when I took it back to them they said the new LCD cable burned. No explanations as to what. They had my laptop for over a month and nothing was being done. Eventually they gave it back with parts falling off from my laptop. It is so heartbreaking. They never fixed it.... and sadly didnt even refund even a single cent of the total amount I paid trusting they will fix which they never did except to lie saying they fixed it when they didnt instead left parts loose. I wouldnt even advice my worst enemy to this place because right now I have a feeling not all the parts are in it. The worst company ever. My laptop is still not working. Still no refund. It was never fixed to begin with. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HK COMPUTERS

I took a chance on this business because Im passionate about supporting small businesses. I took my MacBook Air to be fixed and was given a quote which I was happy with. 6 months later, having paid it in full, I still didnt have my machine. It took another six month and an additional payment (double the quotes amount) and a few stories for them to tell me that they cant fix it. I was not disappointed at the cost as much as I was about the condition that my laptop was when they returned it. It was worse than when I gave it. I honestly had to give it away because it was left irreparable by these guys.

Called to enquire availability of a fan for a graphics card, the guy helping me said he would call me back, but did not do so.Had to call about five times for them to confirm that they did have the fan, as I live far away and do not want to make the long trip for nothing.Came the next day after confirming they had the fan, and was informed that the technician was out until 3pm. I could not wait until that time. Apparently one technician is running two computer stores, so most of the time he is not available.Ended up driving 50km+ for nothing (after confirming on the day that I was planning to make the trip). There was no apologies from the helper, and he told me that I should have confirmed. This is after I had called four times the previous day, and on the day to make sure that they had the fan.Either way, many seems to have had a similar experience in this store looking at the rest of the reviews. And most of the 5 star reviews mention the owners first name and surname which is quite odd.

Great service from the start. It wasnt looking for a cheap solution, I wanted someone to fix my Samsung S7 Edge. HK Computers did just that! Each day I received a phone call to update me on the progress. Very happy with the support and customer service I received.

When Hussein had a smaller operation it was top class. Since his expansion his staff are not on the same page of service excellence.

HK Computers is one of the best when it comes to repair, I took my iPhone 5s to the technician guy, He fixed it within an hour. It had a problem with back camera and it had a behavior of switching itself of. I took it to HK Computers everything was fixed, now my iPhone 5s is brand new. Screen replacement was also remarkable replaced. Thanks to HK Computers to bring my iPhone back to life.

Service is terrible but luckily they fixed my laptop after 3 weeks.I gave my laptop and they called me 2 weeks later for the pin of my laptop.I couldnt remember it so I send a bunch of possible pins but nothing worked. Had to go in and the one of the pins Ive send them did work. When I told the guy he had this excuse that the lady at reception had to do it. So then when I checked my screen of my laptop there was problems. The guy who helped me, left. So I had to wait 20 minutes for some-one else to help. But then they helped some-one who came after me. Eventually I was helped, but the lady at reception was laying on her arms. So when the problem was fixed, there was another problem. When I told the lady at reception, she rolled her eyes and took my laptop to the back. The guy came forward and told me it is not their mistake. So I argued with him that it wasnt there before he fixed my first problem. Luckily he listened. The lady then at reception came with this bad attitude to me and just said, its fixed. At that point I just paid and left. Wont be going back.Worst service ever!

Terrible absolutely shocking. One of the worst businesses ive seen. Seriously close down your doors. After the service you gave me and the fact that you fought with me about something i was 100% correct about. Even lied to me telling me they dont take a panel off to replace the screen. When i received the laptop back i went to a professional place and they confirmed what i was saying is correct. The lady in the front took the side of her technician which couldnt even face me. They broke the clips on one of the panels and wouldnt replace it saying they dont take that part off then just glued it back on saying that when they make it it doesnt come out with clips its just glue. Dont even try to complain to the manager because he is never there and doesnt pick up his phone. He most probably doesnt know anything about running a business as he is clueless, then again there most probably isnt a manager its most probably the owner. They have no respect and are clueless, their technicians are a joke same as their service. If i had a business that closed down other businesses that would be the first place i would close!!! They are thieves!!!

Excellent, quick service. 2 phones repaired, sent there with their couriers and delivered back by their couriers. All done in 4 days.

The shop is in a strange street and nobody in the shop looked legit and capable of fixing laptops. It looks like a cellphone shop. Personally I walked in, asked if they could take a look quickly for my big virus issue and apparently the guy could not give me any suggestions + clueless. I left right away and will not trust anybody there with my laptop. I am surprised that the previous review guy got the Complicated FULL NAME of the person. I often only know first name of my helper. What a laughter.

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED: This company dont care about repairing your device, all they want is your money. I took my Samsung A8 for a screen replacement on the Tuesday. When I got the phone back the Friday the back camera wasnt working anymore and the touchscreen had issues. They said if I bring the phone back the following Monday theyll have a look at it and in the meantime I must pay. On the Monday I give the phone in and on the Thursday they call me to say I can collect. My excitement turn to horror when I arrive there to see the same issues still exist, and the technician keeps giving me lame excuses instead of talking about the problems (its literally like talking to a deaf person). I take the phone to WeFix to quote to fix the screen and the camera. They send a quote that include replacing the screen (again).Throughout this process the owner Hassan Kalule exactly knew what was going on and when I messaged HK Computers to rightfully ask for my refund (I shouldve asked compensation for the broken camera as well) their email reply is We replaced the screen successfully and was tested with you all was working including the camera. We unfortunately wont be in position to attend to this issue anymore. Our guarantee covers dead pixels and if the screen/lcd touch does not work.Absolute horrible experience, stay away at all cost.

I was received very cordially and warmly by Mr Hassan K, who listened to my problem attentively, and promised to phone me with a quote for the work. About 90 minutes later I received an SMS that said the work had been done for R200 and that my laptop was ready for collection. So, although he did not first send a quote as promised, I was pleasantly surprised by the speed of the repair and the relatively low cost. The only negative part was that the person who was on duty when I fetched the laptop did not know (or was not willing to tell me) what was wrong and what they did. However, that did not detract from the good service. I will certainly recommend HK Computers to others.

My first impressions were not good they took a bit long to respond etc. kept my pc for a long time and they do need to be more professional in this. Giving feedback to clients is very important! Esp when your clients need those machines for work purposes.However they did in the end get the judgment right on my pc. They made the correct assessment!,....more so than other pc repair companies (and I have been to quite a few) and for that they deserved to be commended. Their technicians are definitely capable. I have a high end laptop as i am into 3d modelling initially I thought they had made an incorrect assessment but they were right in the end. They did a thorough & meticulous assessment which which was of a top notch standard.So my sincere advice to them (above)...communicate with your clients call let them know what are the possible problems with the laptops/machines...thats what really sparked my initial frustration and perhaps the 2 guys below .....(Communication is key!) if they get this right then they will get 5 stars.

Worse service Ive ever experienced .. shocking .. not being able to carry out repair as they claimed and then charging assessment fee when I told them what the issue was .. not being able to give back my phone when in store and then wanting to charge a courier fee to have it returned .. Do the community a Favour and close your doors !!

They fixed my lenovo z50 port issue within a week, compare to others that claimed the entire screen was faulty and need two grand to replace it.
