What an awesome experience - thank you to a very competent IT professional at Dial a Nerd. I received an efficient service from Jonathan Diener. His initial consultation was to conduct an assessment of the connectivity at my home. Since having fibre , this was the most value adding and meaningful IT interaction. I experienced immediate results after he worked his magic. He returned today to install a unifier so that my entire property was covered. My frustration and irritation has turned into happiness and excitement because now I can fully enjoy the benefits of having fibre. Jonathan, thanks once again for your exceptional service. I highly recommend Jonathan and Dial a Nerd.

I brought my PC in for repairs late Monday afternoon. Gerard assisted me and kept me updated. I was very impressed by Gerard’s prompt and excellent service. I needed my PC by Wednesday and Gerhard dropped it off at my house on Tuesday evening. I would gladly recommend Dial an Nerd and Gerard to anyone looking for professional assistance.

I must say that my experience with this company was very disappointing. My ISP suggested that I contact them regarding my issue, however I was advised that I would be getting FREE support over the phone, when I called the first time Sifo asked me to fill out a form and then said a technician would be sent out, I responded that we should first try and fix the issue over the phone for FREE as my field of work branches into IT. I insisted that we do it this way, he then said that he needs to wait for the accounts department to create my account first, and that it would take an hour, this makes no sense if I am a future customer. I waited an hour and never received the call back I was promised. I called back a hour and a half later and a different technician said that he would get Sifo to call me back instead of trying to help me himself, 3 hours later I spoke to someone else in a different department when I called back and she was no help either and then I requested her to please remove any details that they have requested from me as the issue that I needed solves involved too many people on my end and they didnt give me the confidence that I needed in them to take a customer seriously. I might be over reacting to most South Africans but I dont appreciate poor service especially when I have made an effort to be a customer with a company. South Africans work hard for their money, no need to spend that money on poor service especially considering that many of us depend more on our devices to make bread.

Have used dial a nerd on multiple occasions (my family members and then myself recently), had an issue with my laptop and Marlon was able to diagnose the problem, unfortunately too many things were failing on the laptop and it was advised to rather replace it than try repair as it would cost as much as a new machine to source the parts neededIm grateful to Marlon for being completely upfront and honest with me and happy with Sasha for always replying fast and diligently to my emails/enquiries.I would recommend dail a nerd for any and all home or business IT issues or problemsThanks for your help

What a professional bunch at Dial-A-Nerd. I was literally having heart failure last week and Marlon saved the day. Our main business email address was down for almost the whole week right at the start of a film big project. The guys at Dial-A-Nerd Cape Town are undoubtedly our GO TO people from now on. Marlon tried tirelessly to get to the root of the problem and did not give up even though it was extremely agonizing trying to get to the bottom of the problem. Its such a pleasure when you guys come out and it doesnt take long for you to figure out what a business comprises of and how to proceed with fixing the problems. Love love love your work! I got help from Crispin Duncan and he is great! Not the first time he has sorted out problems for me and this last time I was all tangled up with about 4 hours worth of problems. Pleasantly, diligently but with profound expertise, Crispin sorted everything out one by one. He is a five star aid when you have a five star problem! So, I highly recommend him and actually I have used Dial a Nerd even longer and I always get professional, convenient service. I would not hesitate to recommend them and Duncan.

The Dial a Nerd Cable team, Cameron, Alphonzo and Hadley came round yesterday to finally bring internet to our home successfully. We have had a new fibre connection for almost a year now with NEVER satisfactory internet ANYWHERE in the house. The Dial a Nerd team came a month or so ago to access the situation and suggested extra boosters and internets bridges all-round. When they arrived on Tuesday to install, they told me about the new wireless system that is being used successfully for the last month or so by their company and suggested that even tho it is a little more expensive, it was worth installing. I asked them to go and fetch this system on the spot and install it. They were very helpful and an hour or so later they were back and installed the new system. My family arrived the next day on holidays and I want to thank this lovely, helpful, smart and efficient team for doing their job so well. Regards, Manina Baumann

The guy with whom I discussed a very complicated issue was not there the next day when I got a call from another technician who was completely clueless about the matter. He performed a whole operation that was irrelevant to what I wanted. I ended up just buying a harddrive and getting the hell out of there.
