On Monday, 11 May 2021, I fell at work & landed on my HP laptop which until this day worked perfectly. On Tuesday, 12 May 2021 it went for repairs to Ensure Services, an authorized HP HP repairer....today is 10 June 2021, and I have just dropped off my laptop at Ensure for the 5th time.I am an insurance Broker, my Clients broken laptops get repaired after accidents, first time, one time.....yet I have to put up with the above....I do not have to verbalize my thoughts about Insure Services....hopeless!

I have been trying for days to reach this company. I have phoned. I have emailed. I have logged a help ticket on their website. I have logged a device return, yet zero feedback. I have a business laptop that is broken and still under warranty, yet this company simply ignores all communication and responsibility. Would give zero stars if possible.

Had to call them 4 times to receive the quote. Literally received almost no service/feedback after payment. Motherboard had to be replaced. After calling and emailing multiple times, they informed me finally that the laptop was fixed. After fetching the laptop, the screen kept going black for a few seconds when opening applications. Took it back 2 days after. Have requested feedback multiple times again on the status of my laptop yet no response. Its been over a month and I have still not received any feedback on my laptop since.

I have been trying for 2 days to get a damage report from them in order to find out what was done on our HP Officejet 7720 Wide Format AIO. It was sent in with examples of how it prints and yet they couldnt find fault with it?! On Monday I received an email to say that the printer is ready for collection with absolutely NO detail on what was done. Chances are nothing was done - tried to phone them but what a joke! Im first in line yet Ive been holding on for 10 minutes?! Pity that HP has them as their Service Center!!

This place is an absolute joke. I took my laptop (HP Spectre) in for repairs (the screen was cracked) around mid February and i was quick to get a quote that i quickly accepted and paid the money for the repairs on my laptop. Fast forward 4 weeks later, there was not a single update on the status of my laptop. I asked for my laptop back so i could go get it fixed somewhere else and i requested a refund. They obliged and said my refund should be with me once i filled out a form. I did just that and up till now (5 MONTHS LATER) I have not received a dime back. Emails to them are not fruitful. They do not reply to my emails anymore and when i call, they say i must take my issue up with H.PHowever, Ensure is the company that represents HP in South Africa and they are the ones i dealt with in the first place.. but when i do call the HP Support Centre, i am told it is infact Ensure services who owe me the refund (no brainer there). This 3 month goose chase has led me nowhere and if you have the option to, i would suggest you take your laptop somewhere else for repairs. I have lost a substantial amount of money that i am not sure if i will ever get back and my laptop has definitely not been fixed either.Save yourself time, money and peace of mind and DO NOT take your laptop here for repairs.

What an absolute pleasure in dealing with Ensure. I was kept up to date with progress on my laptop repair (per sms). Laptop fixed in 3 days. Friendly staff. I will definately recommend this Company.

Called to look for a part. Apparently their call center cant check if they have the part instead supposed to pay R400 fees which is nonredeemable unless you take their quote, how can I agree to come and pay for a service if I dont even know whether you have the parts or not? This business is a rip off.

Called in advance to have my server assessed, was quoted 750 rand assessment fee but when we took it there they wanted 1368 rand for a simple assessment that could take less than an hour. How many people earn that much an hour! Excessive and misleading: UPDATE: They eventually agreed to do it for 750 and in under 5 minutes completed the assessment and found the fault: so that equates to 16 416 hourly rate!

The level of service or absolute lack thereof is completely astounding. If I could give zero stars I would. If you as have any option for repairing or replacing your laptop other than using Ensure “services” then I would highly recommend that you do so. We were promised a 5-7 day turnaround. 3+ weeks later and I have received 15+ contradictory automated emails with no end in sight. They still cannot provide an ETA and in the mean time on a brand new laptop we are just left in the lurch with no course of action via either HP or Ensure. Pathetic.

First impression was that I will go through the same experience I had with let me repair, but these are actually way better.The technician assisted me and ensured that I didnt have to spend unnecessarily on having my printers repaired. He couldve taken the printers in and charged me for assessing them, because wouldve been none the wiser, but he told me before hand that Ill be wasting my time with the printers I had.I will definitely trust them with my repairs, in future, should I land up having issues regarding hardware items.

What a shocker. Called to get a quote and to schedule a repair for a screen replacement, established 1) they cant, I have to go in to a branch and 2) it will take 10 to 14 days to repair. Hardly an option. I asked to speak with the branch but they insisted the branch doesnt have a phone number. I asked to speak with a manager and they hung up. Great job guys. Absolute failure in customer service.

Sent my laptop in for repairs last week.Found out that I needed it for an exam Friday, so they let me come and fetch it while the parts were getting ordered.Once the parts where at Ensure Services, took my laptop back and after 2 days it was fixed and ready for collection!Great service! Laptop came back clean and in the same condition.Very impressed! Will defiantly use them again!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. They are by far the most incompetent company I have ever dealt with. After supplying them with all the pertinent information, it took them a month of constant reminding to quote on a replacement part, after which I paid promptly. Another two weeks later, it was still not placed on order. Best of all, I was dealing with their Sales Manager. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE!

If I could give them a lower rating I would. I received a quote, which firstly was very highly priced and I could rather buy a new printer, and inquired what the diagnosis is. I dont believe in fixing things before understanding what the problem is. I emailed and emailed and emailed (since they dont give you a number to call) and not once did they come back to me with a diagnosis. All I kept getting was automatic reminders of the quote and that I need to accept or decline. Well, I declined due to them literally not telling me what was wrong with my printer. What a waste of petrol, time and energy.

I would give them negative stars if I could.Never had service this bad, my machine has been in and out atleast 5 times in the last 6 months, they have had the Laptop for 2 months straight now and still nothing. (17k machine less than a year old)No phone no. to contact them on.You are better off fixing the laptop yourself, it will be returned with more problems than when you took it in.

This place doesnt even deserve one star. I was promised that my laptop would be ready in a few days once I paid the deposit. I had to constantly call or come in to find out the status on my case and every time I was promised in 1 or 2 more days it would be ready. Nevertheless the company failed hopelessly to deliver on this promise and I waited close to a month to receive my laptop. Eventually I had to demand it back even though it was not complete because I have work to do.

The time spent on the phone is appalling IF you get thru to the automated voice for a 10 min loop on how they focus on customer service. If you get thru to a living person and after all that, all they can tell you is what you can see on the website. It takes the technicians 3 working days and counting to swap a main board of a laptop. I know they might be busy but they told me two to three working days to fix after the 14 working days wait for the parts to be shipped in. I work in technical and it takes me half an hour to swap a board of a laptop. they should do as the voice says, focus on customer service or they are going to lose business and eventually close down.

Please never use this company. I would give 0/5 stars if possible. They are an incompetent bunch of crooks who will gladly take your money and offer you the worst repair service available. Had an issue on my HP laptop which they said needed a motherboard replacement for R4000, 4 months later and the laptop wont turn on. I took it to another repair place and they have identified the motherboard as faulty.

Ensure IT Services has incompetent technicians or they use bad replacement parts. I sent a HP 4540s in that would intermittently not post and caps lock light kept flashing. They quoted on a new motherboard which i accepted. The laptop was eventualy returned to me in a working state. I prepared it for the clients use and stored it until it was needed. The next time i tried to start the laptop the original issues has returned and it is just out of the repair warranty. Ensure refuses by not communicating with me to investigate the possibility that the board was never changed.

I have been trying to get a hold of the same guy (063 number) for more than a week now regarding a SATA cable replacement for my HP laptop. Its a shame this is the only authorized dealer/service provider. NO idea how they are still in business.

Horrible service!We gave in a machine for a screen repair. After being quoted on it, and asking MULTIPLE times for the prerequisites from them so we can make payment(this included DRIVING to them multiple times as they dont know how to communicate via phone/email) we finally got the machine back after 6 months! And the cherry on top!? No hard drive in the machine, and this was a brand new machine that got damaged during shipping. After confronting the manager on this, he basically called me a liar to my face. Please note this is the Cape Town branch, the Johannesburg branch at least functions!Stay away, far away from this abysmal, pathetic and unethical repair centre.

I would give it a lower rating if I could, their customer services is slow and unresponsive and when they dont get back to you their policy kicks in and if you do not collect it in time then they scrap your device or sell it. They could not tell me if my device was under warranty or not and then they gave up trying to repair it. I emailed them numerous times as well as called in. The real kicker is that part of the problem with my machine I had already taken it in once before and it was only partially resolved. Unfortunately this is the only HP repair shop in Cape Town that I am aware of so i have to take my device there

Bad service. Went there multiple times to get a laptop charging port fixed. They claimed that it was actually the motherboard so I paid for a new one. But the laptop still wasn’t charging. After 3 months of constantly picking up and dropping the same laptop, it finally worked

Sent a HP Elitebook 850 g1 for replacement hard drive and motherboard. Came back and the motherboard wasnt tattooed no computer information was codded into the motherboard. The keyboard backlight no longer works even after I had to install missing drivers.HP is investigating reports of failed repairs and waste of replacement parts. They may pull there certification from Ensure Services.

Awful service it took two weeks and R2500 to get a fan for a laptop which should cost around R100-200 and 2 hours to instal and do tests. when you have a problem they just apologise and say it will be solved tomorrow. No computer company should align themselves with ensure.

This company is a complete joke. They hang up the phone, lie, take months to respond, or in my case months before they even look at laptop to tell me they cant fix it. They are completely incompetent and I suspect they only get customers as they are the only Asus approved repair centre. How they managed this is a miracle, and Asus are a joke for dealing with these cowboys

These people shouldnt be in business. The 086... Call centre is based in India and they refuse to put you in contact with the branch. They fixed the laptop, but lost the bag and the harddrive! Spent 3 hours at the CT branch yesterday going through security footage, only to find that the said bag and hard drive was given to another customer! They have no system and the bags arent even tagged. Rather pay (if your pc or laptop is still under warantee) and have it fixed at a reputable service repair centre.
