We have been waiting since level three more than 6months for them to replace our projectors light bulb. There replacement projectors LCD is starting to give problems.Stay far away from this company. Avoid them like Covid19 and Telkom and Metrorail.

Ripoff artist of note. Took a board in to be repaired after spending R850.00 got the board back in the same condition. How this place still opperate is beyond me looking at other reviews.
Purchased a replacement battery for my Dell XPS 13. Original battery has barcode with letters JHXPY. The replacement looks similar, but not identical, which is suspect. Also the barcode of the replacement is type PRR5V, which is for another device (Dell Latitude).Battery fails all the time and generates errors. Something is very fishy.

I was recommend to Micro Channel by Pinnacle. It was a power connector easy fix issue as Pinnacle initially said. Micro Channel quoted me crazily of R3000. I rejected and collected the laptop, but all the information in the hard drive was gone.
Very disappointing experience dealing with MicroChannel. Unprofessional cowboys. Dont get back to us with feedback. We have to chase them. Documents have incorrect contact information on them. After having our server parts for a month, and being told by them that no one could fix this if they couldnt, we lose patience and took our parts to their competitor: within 3 days we had resolution and our server was back up within days. We will not just never go back to them again, but we will recommend to anyone who asks: Do not use their services.
Definitely a computer company to stay away from. Unreliable, dishonest, poor service. That have the gall to charge a quote fee for doing nothing. Took a Lenovo All in One to Pinnacle who quoted R5000. 00 for a motherboard replacement. MicroChannel claimed they could refurbish repair the existing board. When I refused the ridiculous quote ofR6000. 00 to replace the motherboard.They could not fix it as claimed. They still demanded a refused quote fee of R350.00 before they would release the PC.

Uncommunicative, unhelpful and downright terrible to deal with. Look for the many other spares companies in the same area. Avoid this place.Would give a negative star rating if I could.
Handed my Apple IPad Air (A1474) in for repair in April 2016. Given a Quote SA 00639 for R3000,00 to have the battery replaced. Transferred the money into their account. Told to hold on as batteries are being imported and cannot come by air due to aviation regulations. This has been the same excuse every week when I telephone Jacques or Hesla at MicroChannel until now 28th September 2016. I hope that something will be done ASAP as waiting for 5 months is unacceptable.

Tried to charge my elderly parents R750 to update the OS. The updates had already downloaded, so this was a charge to click the Install button. Stay away.
