These guys are the worst communicators ever! They dont get back to you when they promise to. They give totally inaccurate promises of time e.g. 3 weeks can turn into months. One hour can turn into 5. Perhaps the best indication of how useless they are at communicating is the fact that they moved business premises but dont bother to tell existing customers. So people go to the old venue and have to read a little note on the door with the new address. So unprofessional!!!

Took 3 graphics cards to them to be repaired. They took a week to tell me they cant fix it. One card they didnt evan open seal was still on the screws. The other two they said they could fix. Then send me a quote of 0 with no explanation. This means they cant fix it by the way. The communications skills are shocking I am still waiting a response for a Card I have already picked up

Martin of Complete IT is a an Angel in disguise 🙂I was referred here by another computer guy I called up.So I had an issue of my Lenovo backboard Screw falling of and some other hinge issue (which I later learned from Martin)I had the issue with the laptop today morning and he told me that he was quite backed up for the week.But then he saw that there was a screw lodged inside and he was like that could short my laptop and cause more issues.He then quickly took my baby into his operation theatre removed the back board and came back out after successfully completing the operation.My laptop is now better than ever.He is such a king and nice human being. Took my laptop and monitor in this morning to Complete IT for a very minor problem (to do with an hdmi adapter) that could Im sure be seen to in under half an hour. I noticed that they had a sign saying that they have a backlog of jobs and their turn around time would be longer than usual. I then spoke to the receptionist asking if there was still a back log and how long it would take as it is pretty urgent. She hardly answered me but from her response I assumed that the backlog was no longer a problem. She told me that she would call one of the technicians from the back but she never did, she just disappeared for 5 minutes and then came back and booked my items in so I assumed that there was no one available to speak to. I did not hear from them for the rest of the day and when I called this afternoon they said that they had not seen to my items yet. Because I urgently need my laptop for a deadline I decided to pick it up. When I arrived I explained my situation and all the guy at the counter said was well actually there are 60 jobs before you sooo.... Had I known this I would never have booked my items in, I would have gone somewhere else for sure, because I would have known that I wouldnt hear back from them today. Communication is key, and this was a real failure of communication. I have had great service from them in the past but this kind of customer care has put me off, unfortunately.

They can fix/ repair anything, from screens to motherboards, even data recovery.Just make sure that they charge you correctly -- seems that if they quote on replacing a part (hard drive) and its not faulty, thus not replaced, their quotes are not updated

If possible..i would give them 10 stars out of 5. On several occasions these guys have helped me out when i truly felt all hope was lost with the respective units i have given to them. The most notable of these was when my r20 000 MacBook blew and warranty didnt cover electrical spikes. These guys managed to fix the mainboard and i got my baby back.

I am EXTREMELY disappointed within this company and I would NOT recommend them to ANYONE.I NEVER use my HP laptop unless I design to use photoshop as I have an iMac too.Mind the first time I went to the company I was recommended through Incredible Connections and I have asked them to fix both sides of my laptop as the bottom part is lifting from the screen and to check for viruses and why the laptop is so slow and just a general service.Two weeks ago I have opened the laptop for the first time and I saw that the right side was still lifting from the bottom part and that the laptop is super slow and takes about (as we speak) 1 hour to stop loading (mind I am writing this from my iMac).Then I came back for a second time whilst being kind, stating that I am back for the same problem and I got an invoice sent to me and mind that they have terms when it comes to payment which is strange cause if you actually as good as what you seem to be they will not have such strict payment terms - this indicates a red flag.I have asked the receptionist if everything is done as asked as I see all is ticked off which means all is in order, right? She went to the back and came through confirming and then I told her let me just check the sides (as I know about the lack in service the previous time but I wanted to give them a fair chance as the left side was fixed but you could see that the right side was fixed but it was still lifting). All seemed good and I trusted what she said and paid.However, the sides are fixed but the laptop does not stop loading to open and when it eventually opens the whole laptop is SUPER slow and takes about 10min to open a folder - how am I suppose to do my work?Now I am driving ALL THE WAY from SEA POINT to get my laptop fixed and I pay for the service but the laptop is still not working?I was thinking of visiting them again on Monday for the 3rd time but I am not going to waste my petrol and energy on a dispute.I would definitely demand a refund for the rest of whatever they were busy doing and not ask for a full refund as the sides are fixed and I am a fair person, however I know that they wont give me a refund (due to their T&Cs) and for the amount that was paid I feel its useless getting my lawyer involved. I may seem dramatic but the point is I pay for a service in which has not been delivered fully and the fact that I am not able to use my laptop is stopping me from my income. This also means that I will have to spend more money some where else for the initial problem which means I am paying for a 3rd time around.I am not interested in your comment to ask me to bring in the laptop AGAIN as I will not waste my petrol to drive that far and why did you not do your job properly the first time, will a 3rd time make any difference?This is absolutely disgusting and I hope that your service and skills will better and that you will take note of each clients requests and take your time in order to fix their gadgets.Lastly, I would suggest to potential future clients to test your gadget on site before you pay.Have a grand day further.

My laptop was beyond repair but they sorted me out with a new refurbished model at a good price thats working like a charm. Much friendlier service than Ive experienced at any major retailer/repair shop.

Highly recommended. First did extensive research, collected opinions from experts in the industry and then made the informed decision to invest in refurbished Thinkpad. If given a choice to buying a new laptop in same price range (same brand), it is still better to get this robust machine which will outlive the brand new one. To my surprise, the hype about this companys business integrity was real. I have yet to meet sales people with such high level integrity, client service, good prices and overall kindness. They just leave you with a good feeling. Ill be promoting them at our teaching campus so that the uninformed, not so tech savvy student doesnt fall for the sales pitch we so often encounter when entering regular retailers. I wish I can give negative stars. My Macbook ( told cant be fixed ) came back with all screws busted. I only found out now at another It company for the second opinion.

Took a week to get a 2 line technical report. Forgot to return power brick with unit and when I went to fetch it, had to wait 30 min to be told they couldnt find it.

Excellent service, they offer individual component replacements on boards that are faulty.

Not to be trusted with iMacs.Took my iMac in for a hard disk repair and data recovery, and after some time elapsed, I received it back with dust between the webcam and the screen as well as glue residue all over the back of the machine.They were happy to fix the issue, only to receive the iMac back full of scratches on the screen as if it was dragged on a table face down and dust hanging from the cooling outlets on the bottom of the machine.I wish my experience was different.

R2 600 to replace a cracked screen, is CRIMINAL!Their pricing is unreasonable. my sons laptop screen is cracked I have ordered the same screen for R900.Who makes R1 700 for less than 5 minutes work.Living in Cape Town, one hopes the price is not determined by customers skin colour.

New battery and full service for my dell 2 month ago. Now it is dead and I stuck with the battery. I went to another place and it told me the computer was full of dust inside and new battery for such an old laptop was not a professional advise.

I brought a laptop in for a quote which I didnt get it repaired and came to pick it up 2 weeks later. They knew I was coming but I had to wait while they put it back together. Maybe that is why they left the display settings on some obscure outputs - when I tried to turn it on all I saw was a white screen and had to plug it into a TV to see what was going on. Also they installed Chrome browser which was most unwelcome as this browser secretly records and uploads conversations and other data so I had to wipe the hdd clean and re-install windows.
