After bringing in my laptop for an inspection on a screen that kept popping out, the technician cracked the screen within five minutes of it being in their possession.What followed was 4 months of poor communication and at one stage I was told that because my laptop had other issues when I brought it in, that they would only be willing to cover half the repair costs. They relented and covered the whole cost but by the end of the process, all I wanted was the part ordered in so I could take it somewhere more professional to fix.When I finally went to pick up the laptop, I was told that next time I should buy one without a touch-screen because they are difficult to fix? Maybe next time dont break my laptop??

Excellent IT service provider. I have been using them for a couple of years for IT requirements and will not stop using them. Very efficient in getting the work done and give valuable advice in order for me as a business owner to make an informed decision. Kudos to David and his team!!!

Excellent attention to detail and service from Ryan H. (Definitely reach out to him first) I have been up and down (high anxiety) dealing with an old Mac and its many failing spec issues, fortunately all the unforeseen internal glitches which occur with age have been steadily dealt with technically through multiple repairs and upgrades by SA Computers spanning the last 5 years! I highly recommend utilizing their service offerings. What sets Ryan apart is his willingness and openess to attend to any problem with speed and skill.

When I spilt a cup of coffee over the keyboard of my wifes brand new MacBook Air, this was recommended as THE place that I should take it to... and they saved me :-) My grateful thanks to them (although my wife has still not stopped reminding me about what I did...).

Took my Mac book pro there because it wasnt charging. When i went to collect my goods after a month, they had repaired the charger which wasnt the problem. Mac book was written off due to water damage?? I had to pay them for a letter to give my insurance company. They still wanted me to pay R450 for the cable repair. Not to mention the logic board serial numbers dont match the serial of my mac book anymore? Rather stay away from this company as they dont know how to treat customers and im still not sure what to do about the serial numbers not matching. I can say that i also booked in a mac air same time with its charger which they claim to have given me back me. The charger they gave back to me was the second (generic) charger for the macbook pro. (They still have the original) Look at the camera footage again Ryan:)
