LEGENDS- I had a dead key, other un-named Apple computer store wanted to replace keyboard at R2300-00. Took Digicape Technician 2 minutes to discover a tiny broken bracket behind the key in question. No muss no fuss resoled there and then. Thank you Digicape!

Lovely people, but its not very welcoming. One of the reasons I like digicape over istore is the technicians were very accessable. Unfortunately this new location is not really customer facing. There is little to no signage, its really hard to find, and I felt like I was not supposed to be there. Even when you find the place, it feels like you are there for a business meeting and not technical support. I felt very out of place with my shorts and slops. This is such a pity, I wish it was more friendly.
Same as Istore. Waste of time, but with a smile and better - even if inaccurate - communication.
