I would give six stars if I could. firstly for the fantastic upgrade we were given after the computer we bought had some problems, but secondly for the fact that Ive bought other devices there and they have always given their utmost to deal with any problems. The service and after sale service is efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. A company that cares for your needs on a personal level. And, on top of that, you get excellent computers on offer at really good prices. its definitely a cut above the retail franchise stores and my advice is if your getting a computer, go to PC laptop.

An honest assessment is worth the trouble and expense. Most important is the open approach to a problem. One is not fobbed off with being told your component is out of date and being pressured to upgrade to something even less efficient and more expensive. In this time of uncertainty one is reliant on good mechanical engineers to maintain the stability of society. A throwaway culture just does not cut it anymore. Sterkte!

These guys are great. Extremely professional. I bought a refurbished Dell laptop from them and 3 years on it is still going strong. They have also done repairs on another laptop of mine. I live more than 100 kms away from them (round trip) and they are still my go to pc shop. Highly recommended.

Whenever I go around looking for a part or a fix that I can trust, I end up at PC Laptops. The service is always on point; a smile at the reception and a friendly service from the techs. They always give you advice on your laptop and are willing to go the extra mile trying to solve whatever issue your laptop has.

Do not buy a refurbished unit from this company you will be sorry. Purchased a Dell laptop through them and three days later the screen was cracked. I asked the owner Gerhard to carefully examine the laptop as they do not offer warranty on cracked screens to see if it was in any way dropped,bumped ETC. He didnt even have the decency to adress me personally via e mail but rather through the person that I bought it from. Quoted R2300 for a replacement screen where other suppliers are supplying and fitting for R1350 - R1450. As far as I am concerned there are far better suppliers out there with whom to do ethical business with.

Friendly and prompt service. Myself, friends and family have had good experiences here. I would recommend buying from here. They also do repairs on site if you have issues.

Fast and efficient service. I took my laptop in to be repaired, and it turned out it just needed a good cleaning. Was all cleaned and everything was working fine within 3 days of handing it in. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Bought a used laptop online. Was promised delivery within 2 working days. Being a Thursday I assumed laptop would be delivered by Monday or the latest Tuesday. I just had to call them now (Tuesday 15:00) to ask where is the laptop and the person on the line started asking me who was the sales person.? You must be kidding me? Where is the professionalism?

Excellent service from their technician Dewald, during the repair of my pc he always made himself available on the phone to talk through things. This services extended even after i had received my pc back from them. Even though he was busy with other work Dewald never made me feel like he didn’t have time to talk. This is the type of service that is rare in the service industries these days.
