Your employee contacted me and requested to repair the issue they caused by not repairing my laptop correctly via team viewer. Its not what was done to try and fix it that upset me, it how/ the manner in which the issue was dealt with.The rest are just poor excuses to cover up your incompetence. .

This is my go to place for a wide variety of computer related hardware on hand and you can go in and buy what you need immediately instead of waiting for online deliveries. They have a good selection of high end parts and can get most everything. The service is always super friendly. They went the extra mile (plus some) when I forgot my credit card at the checkout. They went to huge trouble to find me and let me know that the card was there. Much appreciated.

Sadly did not have the greatest of experiences with for my first time with Office Solutions. I took my gaming machine for a clean and just to check that everything (components and hardware was running fine) It took 3 days for me to get my machine back, only to get home with it to find that my it wasnt my GPU that was in the machine, but rather some other customers. I called immediately to find out how or why this could even happen, and was just told they have been busy so mine card got mixed up. I still couldnt wrap my head around how on earth this happened but upon seeing the technicians work station in the back, it became clear to me how something like this happened. It is beyond disorganized in the there, and frankly I was shocked to see that. I feel like minimal care was taken with my machine. My gpu fans were even more dirty than when I took the machine in and I can with out a doubt say my gpu has not been preforming as it did before I took it in. Really disappointing in the service of this company, and I dont think I will be back.

Rude behavior. Dont waste your time or money here. They do not need it. Lack luster service attitude in the IT department especially from a older male staff member with over sized specs. Go to Naxlav down the road. Younger friendlier service. I came right with Naxlav with professional help great service with a smile and various options to fix my problem.

So far I have been very dissapointed with the service from this Company. I asked for a simple extender to be installed into my house but it simply doesnt do what it;s supposed to do. Neither have I had a response from the techician who installed it when I queried various things that were not working. I will keep trying to get them to respond in the hope that they can actually fix the problems.

Staff have no idea what they are talking about. I came in asking for assistance with a HDD that I had wiped by mistake which would not allow me to boot into Windows. They then went on to tell me my HDD had died which I knew was not the case. In other words, theyre just trying to make a quick buck out of people. If you have any issues with your PC go to Wootware Computers, also located in somerset west.
