Do not waste your hard earned money here they sold me a broken laptop and replaced it with a laptop with the exact same problem a polarised battery that cant even last a sort movie im not even gona bother to inform them again after how long i had to get the replacement

Changing my review because the customer service lacks ,after reaching out how many times for assistance falling on deaf ears I had to go spend more money on fixing what was wrong ,the transaction of the device is the only thing that went smooth,the device is great but no assistance was provided after discovering there was something wrong with the device.
