Digicape was highly recommended by a colleague. I took in an iPad for repair, and received it back in tiptop condition the same day. Once your devices are out of warrantee, rather support these smaller shops - they are highly skilled and definitely more affordable.

I dropped a MacBook Pro off for a trade-in assessment, and picked it up an hour later. Lyle was honestly the most friendly - he really went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. I even called back later to ask for some advice and he willingly gave me his time and opinion. 12/10 recommend if youd looking for a fast and friendly experience!

I am so impressed with Digicapes sales and repair service. I sent an email and received an immediate response and quotes (repairs on a machine and costs on a new machine). I also spent over 20 minutes speaking to 2 sales people who were so patient and very informative. All in all an awesome experience.

We had a frustrating experience now where our laptop was forgotten and not taking to the service centre, the problems were not communicated with us and mis-communication arose with fetching the laptop and we only received it a week after they told us it was ready for collection. Very disappointed.

5 star service from Digicape. They offered to delivere our fixed laptop in Fish Hoek. We missed the technician, Mark yesterday so he drove out to Fish Hoek after hours tonight to drop our laptop off. Service at the repair center has gotten incredibly poor - unnecessary delays, poor service and a negative attitude and excuses from staff and management lead to me rather taking my laptop to an iStore. While we dont expect to get the same level of service in SA as Apple users do elsewhere in the world, the general level of service and complacency at Digicape is unacceptable. Surprised to say it but youre likely better off just going to an iStore.
