I bought acoustic guitar strings for R70 and because of poor quality or a defective in the thinnest string it snapped on my third tuning turn. When I spoke to two of their staff members they felt nothing for my loss and blatantly refused to replace the strings. VERY POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE.

The service is great. Quick response on the floor from staff. At they buy back the queue is long as the is alot of papers and to fill in. The negotions with staff goes nowhere. They give a price and they are not willing to increase even by a r1.When collecting your goods there should be separate queue why should a customer wait this long again. This is an issue that can be taken into account and could be addressed and possibly fixed.

Worst service ever. They do not know how to speak to customers. They place your call on hold for a good couple of minutes and then disconnect the call. They are very unorganised. Very disappointing, because i love buying there...
