Well where do I start, I done the medical course to gain my FREUC 3-5 in feb 2020 up until April. I have never in my life seen more compassionate tutors in my life, I want to say a huge thank you to Timm, Jamie, Melina, Elroy and everyone else who helped me reach my end goal and supported me when life took over and I felt like I couldnt cope with the intensity of the course. The layout of the course was superb, it was broken down into stages with learning intense theory and then putting it all into practical with logical teaching explanations that made me understand such hard lessons.before I go on anymore I would like anyone reading this to really understand how amazing these people truly are....Timm - the Gordon Ramsey of paramedics but the most soulful and compassionate man I have ever met who made me see light at the end of the tunnel and sculpted me into the man I have come today, your wisdom and commandments that helped me become the person I am today, it is with great pleasure that I met you and had a tutor like yourself.Jamie, the younger Timm, the one who would sit down with you until you understood everything and wouldnt let you walk away with a something like mindset, he would stay after class to ensure that you understood everything to better your future. after doing ambulance shifts with him and seen him work in action it was amazing to see and the reflection of each case was really informative and reflected so well on how he tutored us in class.Mel, the person who flies like a butterfly but can sting like a bee, Melina is the same as Timm and Jamie, she is so so so compassionate and will help you to the maximum but never express your ego and make sure youre ready to learn because there is no room for error and Melina will let you know that big time! Not only does Melina help on the front line with tutoring the amount of work she does behind the scenes in impeccable, if it wasnt for Mel no one would be able to do the course and have all of the paper work done, for that I thank you so much for everything you do!Elroy, the man behind the scenes, the Q of ronin. anything wrong this man will fix it, he is so compassionate and doesnt want anything more than to better your future, if it wasnt for Elroy helping me out in some dark situations I dont know what I would have done. his patients really made me feel understood and not judged at any point whilst I was studying in South Africa.after talking about how amazing these individuals are on their own, their team work goes further than that. when I was there, the COVID-19 pandemic hit and it hit hard, well if it wasnt for the Ronin SA team all of us would have been running round like headless chickens. The team put in place strategies that would help us not get infected and they made sure that we were safe at all times. examples:our temp was taken 3 times a day, alcohol rub was supplied to each individual household, they tutored each flat at a time to decrease the risk of cross contamination and their was plenty more.Due to some of the unfortunate circumstances of COVID-19 for 1 week of the course we were only down to 1/2 tutors and Timm stayed up and away from his family to tutor us until 2:00am in the morning to ensure we got our top marks and to make sure we had everything we needed.lastly, Timm + the ronin team made sure we had accommodation after we finished the course as most of us were stranded out there because of COVID 19, we had a roof above our head and a support network where they helped us get flights and we were dropped safely to our drop off zones to get our flights home after being stuck in SA.over all Hout Bay is a safe and beautiful place with such humble people. the safety you get from the Ronin Team and the beautiful accommodation they provide makes you feel at home. The course facilities and equipment is better than Ive ever seen anywhere else in the medical field and the tutors are the best of the best.thank you so much for everything you have done for me Ronin SA.yours truly, Michael Kirk****.
