Had a perm done yesterday 20/8/20 nothing wrong with a student but the preparation of a business that needs light,hot water to function is horrible. By trade I am a hairdresser and I have never seen so many mistakes made in those 2 hours. My head is burnt everywhere from using wrong (strong ) lotion (everyone had same lotion. My hair (no tint or any chemicals) is disgusting. U take so much money from these poor students but cant have lights ready for loadsheding????? We had our heads washed with ice cold water??? (Ever heard of gas geyser) just a horrid experience
