Only had a coffee which was good. Sweet and savoury eats looked delicious. Gifts are food related and of good quality.

Friendly staff . Breakfast very nicely prepared. Coffee 100%. Liked the freerange eggs and the realbutter with toast.

I understand that Catos has some big shoes to fill after Melissas closed but she is putting her unique stamp on the shop. Not trying to be a clone of Melissas and that is good. The Latte is in my opinion the best in the Northern Suburbs. My client ( from Ceres ) said the cappuccino was the best he ever had. Beautiful interior. Easy and quick access from N1 and offers ample parking. Very friendly staff and a wide variety of food and other products.

Cobalt makes one of the best coffees in the Northern Suburbs! It is my go to place to meet up with friends or just to sit and chill. Cobalt also has the best magazine and newspaper selection of all the coffee shops in Durbanville. Their food is consistently good and the staff are like friends to me - we have know each other for a long time and they always make me feel welcome and special. They are open very early - perfect for a stop off before work. I also love the fact that Cobalt is big and airy with a great view. Great for relaxing.

I had the breakfast buffet at Cobalt, best muesli ever! Great coffee and a friendly vibe - what a way to start your day. Highly recommended 👌

I have been going to Cobalt for years since they were a Melissas. The food and service has always been satisfactory.It is a good venu for lunch as they have a buffet type set up.Lots of local business people eat there so it is a place where you can have a business meeting as well as enjoy some coffee or snacks.

Nice relaxed place with good simple food.Service is slow but if you have a bit of time not a problem.

Very disappointed. Very slow service, and the veggie wrap I had was quite mediocre. The old Melissas, despite all its failings, was definitely better

AW well. This was much better as Melissas and as cobalt but has changed owners and I was disappointed. The chicken pie was frozen inside. Warmed up in microwave did it no favors. My dish aslo swimming in oil and soaking into the bagel.

Dont even know what a choccochino is, gave me a mug laced with fake nutella and a fluke cappuccino... Charged me R57... Even though i onky had a few sips... What if i had a nut allergy!?! No manager on duty... Onky 3 tables at the time of wich we were 1..terrible service... Nit recommended AT ALL

Excellent, relaxing atmosphere, ideal when you want to get away from the crowdedness of Tygervalley Mall.

Perfect spot for working and free wifi. But doesnt have a generator if loadshedding hits. The coffee is lovely, but I wouldnt recommend the chai lattés.

This is the one place I go to where I know I always get the best service and great coffee and food.
