Food was great, but service was lacking. There werent many tables occupied but yet our food and drink orders took a while. The waiter needed to be called everytime.

Service for was not good even though the coffee shop not crowded. Had to call the waiter twice for service and still had to wait for my order.

The setting is lovely. Trees are beautiful. Parking is of a premium. Food excellent. Staff extremely friendly. Orders taken quickly. Slight wait for food, but well worth the wait.

Our waiter couldnt answer two questions we had regarding the menu. He forgot my husbands coffee. He forgot my requested glass of water. The menu could do with more thought. Not a great experience.

Ordered 4 pizzas, all which had undercooked bases. Toppings were great though. Pity

Quaunt and unexpected. The ambience was one of tranquiluty in the midst of bustle. The shops small and of good quality.The service at the restaurant was excellent and food presented well and with good flavour . Menu a bit short on choice ...sweet wise. Not a tea and cake venue

I must say I was surprised by Seafood at Chelsea. It was cosy and comfortable, and without a reservation we were welcomed and seated. The service was professional and friendly. The food, in this case calamari 3 ways was delicious, soft, flavorful just perfect. Good for couples or families definitely worth trying.

Waited a very long time for a simple lunch to be served, but otherwise nice

We were very disappointed with yesterday’s breakfast! It took 45min to arrive at our table! ...although the restaurant was only half full!Then my poached eggs were hard instead of soft, the hollandaise sauce from a packet and the buns soggy. No garnishing at all.My husbands breakfast was served with the cheapest type of toast & boerewors (totally dry!), no jams either. The long wait for warmer-draw food, makes no sense.Then there was a couple sitting outside at a beautiful table, done with their food & paid, but they sat there, occupying the table without drinking nor eating ANYTHING for over an hour! Oblivious, that this is a Restaurant & not a park bench... Hogging the table instead of letting other people sit there once they done eating!The Manager was understanding & apologetic, but not able to turn the situation about.To be honest, we were so disappointed that we are not willing to come back to spend our money for something that delivers so badly!!

Waitor Seated us comfortably at a bery dirty table, had to ask him if we can please first clean and wipe the table, Waited 45 minutes for the starters, arrived cold and mussels tasted odd, rather just asked for the bill and left, will not be visiting again, complained with the waitor, whom told the manager, but the manager just walked pass the table without even apologising or even asking what the issue is, no go, card machine also not working so I have to go and draw money down the road, not a good first visit

Beautiful little spot in the heart of Somerset West, delicious offerings and top quality food. The service was slightly slower than expected, but other than that a delightful experience.

We ordered a Take Away from Seafood at Chelsea this evening through Mr Delivery. We had the Prawn and Hake combo, and Calamari and Hake Combo. THIS IS THE BEST SEAFOOD TAKE AWAY WE HAVE EVER HAD.....

Food was excellent, service was bad we waited quite long to be served and for our food to arrive. We then waited quite long again for our desert which was served in broken bowls, ice cream was watery when we got it. Overall we enjoyed the food but service could have been way better because the restaurant was barely full

Best Fish and Chips!

Food is nothing special. Unless you like waiting over 45 minites for cold fish platter without drinks (perhaps thats why everyone orders sushi?) and have to phone reception because your waiter wandered off somewhere else. Berries stained our clothes outside and we ended picking up menus off the floor to order after no one brought us any. Cant say Ill hurry on over there again ever
