Bootlegger has arrived in the north! This store is absolutely beautiful and has taken over the corner of the village square! The outside seating is amazing and is protected from the notorious wind. The coffee is by far the best in the northern suburbs and the breakfast is absolutely out of this world! The uncapped WiFi and great playlist is any freelancers dream!

We had the most scrumptious lunch at Bootleggers this afternoon. Chicken mayo toasted sandwich and crumbed chicken burger, paired with the most delicious iced coffee. Topped with incredible service from Victoria. We will be back soon!

I went to work there early Saturday morning, in the hope that they would be able to make coffee despite the loadshedding. Everything inside was powered up (lights, music, computers), all except for the coffee machine, which was fairly disappointing. But the staff are all very friendly and their orange juice was excellent.

Best coffee in town, great vegan treats and for the meat lovers great fare pies and wraps, excellent service

Go-to post jog coffee & breakfast place over weekends. Been here a few times and every time the service is great and the coffee delicious. Banana bread is a winner. Runner & cycling friendly place!

Bootlegger is our perrenial half way stop during our MTB rides. Great coffee, great service and awesome breakfast buns compliment the comfortable and warm setting.

Extremely slow service. Waited in line for 1 cup of coffee for over 10min at take away line. People ordered after me when asked wheres coffee they forgot my order. This was at their quietest time. Went to Seattle service is quicker and the barristers know their clients needs.

Great location on the side of The Village Square in Durbanville. Outside seating available that is reminiscent of a European street café. Other shops within the surrounding buildings. Parking available. We had friendly and helpful service from the staff. Coffee was great. Food options for all taste requirements. Wonderful place to meet up with old friends.

Friendly staff, excellent service and amazing coffee! They go above and beyond and really make an effort with customer service! Definitely my new favourite spot to relax, study and have a delicious cuppa!

This Bootleggers will run the extra mile for the morning mile runners, they went out of the way to fulfill our special requests and the breakfast was out of this world. Coffee too! 10/10 would do it again.

Fantastic service - Ive never had a coffee arrive as quickly as it did here. Granted, it wasnt super busy when we went, but that takes nothing away from the service and quality.Had a coffee and a pie, both were top notch. Genuinely nothing to fault here.

They have my vote... When there is loadshedding they will definitely see me again. From all the places that I visited, they were the only one which had working wifi.On top of that they have friendly staff and the vibe is just awesome. Definitely a must go when you need to sit and work during loadshedding.

The service is excellent as well as their coffee. The food is yummy too, especially the mascarpone flapjacks. Ask for extra syrup and bacon/fruit.

Great if you’re white because you don’t have to follow Covid entry protocol before being seated. Rules only really apply to people of colour.Otherwise, delicious coffee and prompt food service.

Very nice place...gorgeous coffee...yummy....only small problem I have is that the hot coffee is served in a glass...which makes it a little difficult to handle....not that it stopped me from going back.😁☕

Egg Benedict is the worst Ive ever had. Asked for soft potched eggs got eggs rock hard. Sauce was not on par.Ordered something without avo and they just scraped the avo of for a customer who is highly allergic.Manager handled the situation very well.

Coffee was delicious but disappointed with the mini cheesecakes, the almond croissant and the take away falafel and mexican bowl. The cheesecake, croissant and falafel was very dry and did not taste fresh which is strange for a shop that opened its doors yesterday. This standard is not acceptable and they will have to lift their game. Will not have food at Bootlegger Durbanville again.
