Possibly the best coffee Ive ever tasted!! They roast it themselves and you can tell - its delicious! Also a FANTASTIC selection of pastries, breads, pies and quiches. No favourites - everything is great!!!!!

I literally came across a tiktok that someone made about this place and I decided to pay them a visit I most certainly wasnt disappointed. Your sweet and savory choices of delicious food is just top notch... My advice to everyone is to try them out..

Delightful place staffed mainly by deaf people. Selection of baked goods made on the premises is amazing. I had a milk tart - absolutely delicious. Portions are made individually and not cut from a larger pie & I like that idea.I only drink decaff coffee and this is one of the best decaff coffees Ive had. Not roasted too dark and well rounded taste.PS they roast their own coffee 😍

Today, I had the best breakfast in the Cape. From a delicious cup of freshly brewed coffee to the last crumb of scrumptious baked bread and pastries. Im left feeling satiety.

There are wonderful pastries sweet or savoury, on offer. Everything looks fresh and enticing. You are welcome to enjoy it there with your refreshment or take it away. There is indoor and outdoor seating. There is free parking directly opposite the coffee shop. I did not notice wheelchair accessible parking.

What a hidden gem. How have I not heard of this place until now. I would never have thought to look here for a place with pastries and coffee this good. I was a bit disappointed when I walked in on a Monday and they didn’t have the full variety of the pastries and cakes I saw on social media, but the almond croissants I had were superb enough to make up for it. Super buttery, flaky and perfectly sweet. I will be back to try the full scope of what they offer.

Awesome confectionery! Had an absolutely delicious choc. brownie and cheese cake cooking tart and the most amazing hot chocolate. Yum yum!!

What a lovely experience to visit I Love Coffee! The food is delicious and you can eat in or take things like their delicious pies and roast chicken home with you. Theres also a wide range of sweet treats, including gluten free options. A large number of the staff are from the deaf community and sign language classes are offered at the premises each weekend. I will definitely be back!!

Visited I Love Coffee today, had coffee and freshly squeezed juice, this was delicious! my son enjoyed a decadent slice of chocolate cake and my husband and I shared a Thai Chicken sausage roll, absolutely yummy! So many other sweet and savoury treats, I cant wait to try. Friendly staff and mostly an awesome initiative.Thank you for making a quick coffee stop into something memorable.

This place was such a pleasant surprise!! Lovely coffee and so many gorgeous pastries to choose from. We had a chocolate croissant which was heavenly. Good service and friendly staff!

My husband and I love ‘I love coffee’ but on our recent visit we were disappointed. We visited them on a busy Saturday morning (8 May) and found the manager (or owner) to be quite rude to a staff member who was stationed at the till point. I don’t think it’s acceptable to talk to staff in that way let alone in front of customers without acknowledging that we were standing right there waiting to pay ! I understand that it came from the stress of the store being busy but there are better ways to handle the situation. Additionally my husband found two large bones in the lamb pie he bought... this is not the norm for them so we hope to see a change in the near future in how staff is treated and food is prepared.

I love i love coffee...besides being for a good cause, their coffees are really good and the pastries always fresh and tasty....good value as well....Im now challenged......because Lebanese bakery is just around the corner 😊. Going to have to toss a coin every Saturday morning it look like....

Was lovely but too much bacon on the menu for my liking but thats my opinion so you will lose alot of muslim clients,maybe look at changing your menu abit and adding non bacon items

An Amazing Coffee shop, one that impowers deaf people and still delivers great tasting food and coffee. Plus the manager was really accommodating when we came whilst they were closing!

Great breakfast (tasty, good value - scrambled eggs and bacon, baby tomatoes, parmesan shavings, rocket) followed by super Lemon Meringue tart!! Highly recommended!!

We visited I love coffee on Saturday, 24 October to check it out. We had breakfast, salmon and poached eggs on sourdough which was delicious. The coffee is excellent. We took some pastries as a takeaway. The almond croissant was lovely, a bit heavy on the almond paste. I really enjoyed the lemon meringue, nice and zesty. The pecan pie is another winner, as well and the pear and almond tart. My least favorite was the cheesecake brownie. Love their purpose and will definitely visit again! Check them out!

Very reasonable prices and delicious coffees are served at this industrial chic deli. Eating space available outside and they serve Eggs Benedict on Saturdays. However I had a yum carrot cake for only R35. My fiancé had a really good chicken, avo and bree bagel for R35 as well. Ive also sampled their pies which are equally as good! They also have a fabulous range of pastries. We left with some coffee beans so we can make more at home whenever we want. Oh, and the best part is that this deli supports hearing impaired people.I have since re-visited a few times and they have arranged more seating inside! I love it even more. So soothing to watch the bakers and the cooks work while enjoying their yummy food.

My favourite place in Cape Town. Host Gary is a whirlwind of energy, theres a fab vibe, the coffee and food is insanely delish. It gets a bit noisy, is my only critique.

Pastry to die for. I could not believe what I saw, and even more heavenly was the taste! The coffee is simply sublime and by far the best pastry I have ever had. The staff I believe are deaf or special needs. This establishment rocks and best value for money.

Wooow. Guys this place is great. It employs people with Hearing loss, they engage with their customers very well. Their food is specially made by great chefs, and its delicious. You have variety of food to eat from, and varietybof coffee to chose from. They have a great baristor to serve this coffee. Its a sit in restuarant and with good service, there is good parking space outside.

We popped by on a chilly morning and enjoyed a great cuppucino. OMW - their chicken pies are the best ever - it beats the Peregrine Pie and that is saying something. My hubby doesnt normally like pies and he are half of mine - so we will be going back for sure. I love their business model in helping the deaf in a profession.There is now seating inside and outside. They bake absolutely delicious cakes, tartlets and quiches. Our recent favorites, baked cheesecake, milk tart, lemon meringue.
