Very obliging, courteous and friendly. If it possible they have been willing to help with items that need repairing quickly prior to flights.In addition we use them to repair anything related to horse tack . Bridles, saddles etc.Its always been the same for our family for 15 years. Excellent.

After a few unsatisfying visits at Prag, I thought it suitable to write a review, finally. I took my shoes in to have repaired and cleaned, which they did but somehow they came back a darker colour with extra marks on them. After inspecting and stating that I know what my shoe looked like when I brought it in, I realized that some of the marks were glue that they had used to repair the shoe. I then voiced my dissatisfaction and the response was embarrassing to say the least. The owner denied Prags part in harming the shoe and did not once apologize for my unhappiness with their service. He then commenced to fix the problem in front of me but just made it worse until I stopped him. I refused to pay full price and after many words, from my side as he had nothing to say, he turned and walked away. NO customer care, NO responsibility, NO respect. and NO returning business from me thats for sure.
