It a very big store, with various types of Toys for him and her. I went there looking for a Big teddy. I was super excited to find out they more than one option to choose from

Lots of toys and huge variety. Customer service appalling. No assistance, staff avoid you prefer chatting other staff members.

I had my daughters build a bear party there. It was such an amazing experience. The ladies who hosted the party were so good and phenomenal. Tatum, the main hostess, Thembi and Phoebe made the day spectacular and the kids loved every moment.If youre thinking of having a build a bear party, then I would definitely recommend that those ladies hosts your party.

Always an adorable service and lots of choice. The guy from Build a Bear is also fantastic with the kids and gives great advice for us parents!

The staff were helpful, but they didnt sell Party Pack Plastic Bags with Cartoon pictures displayed on it.

The lady who was sorting the toys was of great help and my son loved the toys.

Actually a really great toy store, but sometimes the prices can be a little high. Good selection, especially for Lego. Online store and delivery also works well with really good customer service. Actually, the customer service is great all around, which is pretty rare in Cape Town.

Between Toy Kingdom and Hamleys, theres a pretty good selection of toys at the V&A Waterfront. We found Toy Kingdom to be our favorite of the two. Its quite large and sits outside of the main mall, which provides better access.

Today we went through to waterfront today to build a bear. Very enjoyable experience for all ages. The staff were kind and friendly. Giving us lots of information about all the bears. We were able to get the “full experience” of putting the heart in and knowing what they tell the children though we are both older than their normal customers.The bear was a brilliant price for the quality that it is and I highly recommend a visitor there.

Went here for a last minute gifts on Christmas Eve. Staff where busy having there own little conversation and didn’t seem interested in helping. This also lead to the one item being rung up twice and having to go back there to sort it out. Seems like the staff are doing you a favour by letting you shop there

A comprehensive toy store with a wide selection of toys. Has a decent selection of die-hard toy cars. Always worth a stop when going from the parking to the main shopping centre.

The biggest variety of toys I’ve encountered in a long time. I went in looking for a Lego set for a boy of about 10 and left with a Lego set, a Nerf gun and a model car. Prices are a bit steep, but selection kind of allows for that.
