The toy I ordered online arrived with an important part missing. Customer Service responded quickly and helpfully to my query about this, both by phone and email. I was advised to take the product into the nearest store for replacement or refund, which I did, and it was dealt with very easily. But for those who dont have a store nearby it would have been a big inconvenience, as the alternative was to arrange a courier, send the item back, have it inspected and then replaced or refunded.

I truly enjoyed browsing through all the products and bought a perfect gift for my granddaughter. The prices are exremely good and buying is a breeze. Just love this shop and will support them for all my gift shopping for my grandchildren. Bless you Toy Kingdom.

Good dayI am extremely upset about the online shopping service!I received my order and it was 1 correct item and one WRONG item.I also sent a request to confirm my order is correct on the same day I ordered, and still have not heard from you about that even.I specifically ordered the Battle armor He-man and Battle armor Skeletor.The skeletor was delivered BUT then you sent the BUZZSAW Hordak and not the He-manPlease remedy this immediately!

Shopping online was easy as pie, and the customer feedback on items not available was great too. Just wish I could do a custom order of things not available in the country... Still - this is my favourite toy shop by far.

Quick and easy to navigath website!

I bought an item with my discovery miles the first time and my miles was deducted but the transaction was not completed on toy kingdom side and I lost my discovery miles and did not receive the item. I emailed customer services about 4 days ago with still no reply. I again tried the sale with my discovery miles and this time the sale did go through so again I mailed customer services to ask what went wrong the first time round and if they can please return my discovery miles of the first failed attempt, this was 2 days ago but still no answer. I therefore feel that it is all fine when they can take your money but when they need to exchange, explain or confront mistakes there are no customer service and that is very disappointing. I love this shop but the service online is poor and I would really like someone to get back to me about my query and fix my problem please.

After a large spend with the most helpful and amazing staff at Cavendish, what a let down from dealing with HO and then, receiving the incorrect items which were purchased online.........not great guys

I bought a few items online and I was honestly really impressed. I placed the order and a few hours later I received the email to inform me of the shipping/tracking details. I have never had this kind of experience before. Other retailers could take a few lessons from you.

Delightful service! They have a good online range, service was speedy, communication was friendly... I was contacted about part of the order that would come from another store, but the order was processed and delivered all within the week, and the kids are ecstatic, which is all that counts I suppose.

I ordered a toy for each of our 4 kids, they picked it from the catalog. It arrived within 24hours, but, all of the toys were not the color they picked. Children are people, like adults, sometimes even more so, detail matter, they each wanted a specific color that they picked. It was hugely dissapointing and I will not be ordering online from you again. Detail matter. A girl that wants a Grey walking cat, does not want an orange one. I managed the situasion and their excitement regarding getting a package won in the end. But I will not use this service again.Berdine

Warning for Lego collectors buying online. All three my boxes were damaged. Apart from the online order taking a lot longer than other online stores, my tracking number didnt work.Buying in store is ok, but be careful buying online.
