Stopped for breakfast before our morning beach walk. Friendly service and so many options to choose from. The lava cookie is an ABSOLUTE MUST!! Will definitely be a regular stop. They have fresh produce, frozen meals and ready to go meals!

Wow! Where to begin! Came across AITK on Instagram and was enticed by the amazing pics and menus only to discover that they were only 10 mins away from my house! Made a quick trip to check it out and instantly hooked! Loads of interesting goodies to buy and the selection of baked goodies was amazing! Tried one of their meals that evening and it was delicious! Ordered a meal the following week for delivery and was even better! Have since ordered a few meals and even an entire cake and over the moon with their quality, service and the food is really special!! Like the best home cooked meals you have ever had, really really good! Guys you have a new super fan! Can’t get enough!

Very helpful staff and the food is awesome. Their delivered meals are also exceptional. Its like having a home cooked meal from your gran.

Just had my first experience omw that bagel with scrambled egg and bacon was delicious!!!! The variety they offer amazing, not to mention the coffee YUM!!!! And I love a good cuppa

The friendliest family owned and operated deli, coffee shop in the Blouberg area. Everything is made fresh and absolutely delicious. They also cater to the Vegan diet. Their cakes are to die for. This is my go to place, for a hug, a laugh, good coffee and to just enjoy the vibe and aromas emanating from the kitchen.

What a little gem!!! Food was lovely home cooked food made with love. The mince quiche was delicious. The cake was heavenly. Great service. Loved it. Definitely going back and highly recommended.

Mouth-watering, fresh food is always available here. Whether youre looking for coffee and Cake or a full on lunch, your wont be disappointed. I do wish there was more parking as that can sometimes be stressful on busy days. But its well worth the parking hunt once you sit down in the quaint restaurant and start on a delectable meal.

I had a delicious tuna melt toastie at this deli this afternoon and brought home the most wonderful slice of carrot cake.The reception was so friendly and Ali and Moira made me feel as if I was visiting friends for coffee. What a lovely experience. I will be going back!

In the two weeks we were here in Cape Town we ate here twice. Good coffee, fresh breakfast, good service, and friendly staff. My wife had the Shrek breakfast and I had the Omega breakfast both times. Highly recommended!

All in the kitchen is a comfortable small deli with a neat little selection of food. It sits well as a small cafe to have a coffee and lunch with family or friends and has a nice relaxed vibe to it. The food is great and even the sandwiches are better than one might expect, and the coffee (from Bootlegger) is good too. The only thing I might change is the music selection as the early 2010s pop music that was playing while I was there did not seem to fit with the atmosphere

Wow a little gem that I’ve told about time and again, eventually got there.Cozy , comfortable tables and even outside courtyards for lovely open air dining.Friendly staff very welcoming, make you feel like long lost friends even on first visit.Haven’t even got to the delicious & health food - not normal for me to use those two words together. Just fantasticAlso tasty range of cupcakes & cakes to suit everyone’s sweet tooth😉Did I mention their cook meals that they deliver daily to you , veggies included for your health.Imagine not having to cook after a long day at the office

Its rich and tasty and big and well priced. Try the blue cheese and biltong quiche, of course it leans toward the salty side, its blue cheese an biltong. I love the single serving bacon quiche. Theres a great carrot cake too. Dont forget to pick up a proper dinner. This is daytime, weekday venue, over weekends they take a well deserved rest.

You wouldnt be blamed for not seeing this place before... its kind of hidden between a car dealership and an office block. But make sure u DO pop in for their freshly made goodies. There are healthy choices.... delicious quinoa salad with yummy quiches, and decadent choices like chicken schnitzel. Their freshly baked deli is a must see. And to top it off, they have a weekly pre ordered menu for home meals. Make a plan and visit this understated gem.
