Most definitely the worst experience Ive had regarding customer service, professionalism and feedback (even though I was promised over and over). I applied for a contract and waited 3 weeks only to find out Demi incorrectly applied on the system and never told anyone. Their excuse was the system was offline. Christiaan Wyngard lied to me and said that applying for a contract can easily take a week (when I asked him). When I asked his colleague she said thats not true, the regional manager and the other branch confirmed this too. At the end the other Vodacom shop helped me instantly yet could process the order as this shop created an error that blocked my account. Stay away from this shop, they lie over and over and are full of excuses. The Manager will just pass the phone if you try to sort out the problem, very unprofessional (the manager of the second shop tried calling her and she just ignored the issue, until we called the regional manager).

One of the worst services ever.Applied for a new contract, they told me to wait one hour and I waited the entire day.Told me after the whole day okay this will take 3 days, BUT they are keeping the phones for me.Week came and went since its not in my town, phoned me on that Friday said they sold the one phone now they dont have stock I have to wait.Another week goes and I phone now to check that everything is in order to collect tomorrow now the other phone is out of stock.No customer services at all, pathetic

Sometimes you have to give a compliment when its deserved and I would like to thank Heena and Mari at the Vodacom 4 U store in Cape Gate Shopping Centre for outstanding service.I applied for a contract hassle free, I received the phones when they said it would arrive and I was connected and online within less than 24 hours.Im not tech savvy at all and Heena got the rep to give me a call and sort out the misunderstanding.Thank you once again and keep up the good work 👍🏻.

Horrible Management and ServiceI went there to apply for a contract. I eventually got approved a whole week later. Marie, told me that they did not have stock and they will let me know when they will get it. 2 weeks later, after phoning them on and off I decided to cancel the whole thing. Sometimes they would not answer calls or it would go directly to voice mail. On top of that, when I phone Marie, she would always tell me shell call me back in 10 minutes. I phoned her 3 times on they day I cancelled and she didnt call me back once.When I asked for management, I was greeted by someone who clearly had no clue of what they were doing. The day I went in-store to cancel the contract, I got no decent service whatsoever. The other employees looked at me as if their eyes were rolling back into their heads.I would never recommend this store to anyone. I heard from other employees at other branches that this exact branch has quite the reputation. I went to Vodacom Chatz in Tygervalley exactly the day after I cancelled (Saturday) and by Wednesday they phoned me to tell me my stock is ready.Dont ever go to this store for anything.

Absolutely appalling service, to make matters worse it was received by the manager.If it were possible to rate them with negative stars I would.This is unfortunately not the first time said individual has treated myself with disdain and a haughty attitude when queried about contractual completion especially as the number used by him was not actively available on the website and it was the wrong number.The first experience of upgrading my contract has left me with no desire to use Vodacom again once the contract is completed.

A first time here and certainly the last! Terrible service. When enquiring which phone was better (between huawei p20 lite and 30 lie), i was told they the same, but 30 is just better. The one sales consultant knew some specs that were different. I went the following day to apply for a contract. I constantly had to phone to find out what was happening. I was told changing a prepaid number to contract takes a bit longer. I eventually was told to phone Vodacom head-office as they do not listen to her. The sales person had loaded my contract onto my previous contract number that was stolen. After i had explained it was a new number. I now have to wait another week for another store to fix her mistake before i can get my contract. Def, will not be back.

Gave a warranty phone in for repair. We were informed that there would be charges involved. When we went to collect phone and enquired why phone was not fixed under warranty they checked and found the phone purchase date. Suddenly they wanted proof of purchase! Seriously! Poor service. Poor management attitude! Will never support them! Their service sucks!

The most useless Vodacom outlet Ive ever dealt with and probably the last one I will deal with. 4 days after taking a data contract on my prepaid number I decided to cancel it owing to extremely unpleasant customer experience and the fact that I just never received what I signed up for. Another 3 days later, the contract still hasnt been cancelled and I still havent received any of what I signed up for. I literally have to drive to the outlet almost everyday to get an update because no one bothers to keep me posted and no one ever picks up the phone at the outlet (problem with the line so they say)! When Im at the outlet - all I get are excuses about internal Vodacom issues, systems this - systems that, this department that - that department this ... None of which has nothing to do with me as a customer! While all of this is happening Im still locked in a contract with no benefits and I continue to pay exorbitant prices for data!!!!

I want to thank the staff of Vodacom 4U store in Cape Gate for excellent service yesterday. The staff that assisted me were very friendly and made a great effort to resolve my issue without charging me a cent! I have been a proud vodacom customer for many years and will remain one for many more!

The most worst shop anyone can go to. Did a upgrade and from the word go have had endless problems. I have now phoned and left messages 5 times and no one gets back to you. They might be friendly when you walk in, but there is ABSOLUTELY!!!!! NO!!!!!!! after service. Didnt even want to give them a star, but you cant post unless you do

Never answer the phone. Signed for upgrade with them. Didnt have phone in stock.Waited for some one to phone when to come and collect. Never happened. Visited the shop again just to find out that they can not supply the set. What a waste of time.

What an experience! So no one is wearing name tags (lucky them!) after explaining to the two persons at what I only can assume is the information desk three times what we needed they directed us to the line of 2 Super Eager employees. Upon stopping at employee number one, we where told use her (pionting to next employee in line) I am busy. Okidoki then, off we go to employee no 2 who greets us by sending her last few WhatsApp messages and then giving us the how dare you disturb me look. Not sure if employee no 2 had coffee this morning, cause saying she was moving at a snails pace would be an exaggeration.We just got a sim swap and it was painstakingly tedious! We needed other accessories as well, but will go to a store where employees acctually understand the value of a customer and treats them accordingly.To the management of this fine store: Pull your finger out your arse and train your employees or get ones that acctually wants to assist customers :)

If youre looking for HORRIBLE, PATHETIC, RUDE and DOWNRIGHT USELESS service then please read this email.I went through HELL with these people, its a pity you cant give half a star.Dear Sir/MamVodacom4u at cape gate mall is the most rotten service I have ever received in my life.In referral to my previous email I sent on the 30th of January, up to date the phone is STILL not working yet my money was so fast to have been taken. R350 out of my account.When I called asking for the email address, the lady there DELIBERATELY gave me the wrong email address because I repeatedly asked her to confirm the email address and she constantly insisted that it was the correct one while speaking to me I could hear her and her fellow colleagues laughing and giggling, yet upon sending the email I soon found out it was the incorrect one. I forwarded the exact same email to centre management and I was answered by Amanda Mcarthy that the email address that was given to me was incorrect. She had then forwarded it to Vodacom4u on their correct address and asked them to address my problem. She apologized sincerely to me because she wants to keep customers of cape gate mall happy.Even after Vodacom4u was notified and received the email I had sent, there was NO communication from their side. After being ignored I then proceeded to call Vodacom4u on the 3rd of February and insisted I speak the Manger, at this point and man named Abdullah who is apparently the caretaker, because its said that the manager no longer works there.I inquired about the email sent to them by Amanda then it seemed as though if he began to look for the email. I had to reiterate the whole incident to him yet again, he kept me on the phone phone for over 20 minutes, while trying to look for the email and calling Vodacom because I could clearly hear him speaking to customer service. I indicated to him I have been holding on the call for too long, at my cost by the way, he then said I can hang up and he will constantly keep me up to date via email as well as over the phone. NOTHING was received from him that day.On the 4th of February I called Abdullah again and insisted on terminating this contract, he told me he cannot do it there and that I should call the service provider and speak to the cancelation department.I proceeded to call the customer service.I have to mention that every time I call the Vodacom customer care, they are extremely friendly and helpful. The person who helped me the first time explained that it was a big problem because the mess up concerning the simcard took place at the dealership itself, that is why they themselves are having such a problem activating the sim card. The nature of this problem has been perceived as fraud, refer to previous email.On the 5th I received a call from Abdullah saying that his store manager is here and they said they can fix the problem in the store by doing a sim swap and that it would be done in 4 hours AND THEN have the card delivered to my sons residence in Stellenbosch, he even asked me to send them my sons location ASAP, and that is exactly what I did.I even asked him to SMS me his managers email address as well as the stores email address and low and behold he YET AGAIN gives me BOTH WRONG email addresses, seems like a trend at Vodacom4u.Does my son have the simcard today? NO!! 23 HOURS LATER AND STILL NO SIMCARD!! STILL no working phone.I would like to notify you that I am looking into opening a case of fraud against Vodacom4u Cape Gate and suing for time wasted as well as the costs incurred when I constantly had to chase after them as well as my sons lost work because of their incompetence and lack of customer service and just doing their jobs all round.I hope this email will be taken seriously to prevent other customers receiving the rotten service and hell I was and still am being put through.Kind Regards.

I asked about a product, as I walked in, and was pointed to the back wall. No help. After searching a few minutes, I found the product on the other side, behind a counter. When I asked if I could go behind to look, the lady there just moved away. No help. After another few awkward minutes standing around, 4 staff members ignoring me, I went back to lady at the entrance. Still being ignored....walked out. Note, I was the ONLY customer in the shop at the time.

Now at Vodacom 4 u. MARI helps me and she is fantastic!Very helpful and friendly.Make sure you do not go to the vodacom shop but to the vodacom 4 u shop and ask for Mari !!
