Went in to buy a Samsung smart watch. The sales person was so disinterested and had limited knowledge around the products. None of the watches were also charged so how are you suppose to test it. Ended up going to Canalk walk and just buying a watch directly from Samsung.

I would generally shop for what I needed online, but got what I wanted at a great price. Salespeople werent very familiar with warranty information. They also did not provide me with a carry bag for my purchase, which was inconvenient given that I was not leaving the mall immediately

The staff arent helpful. I had to go to two stores to replace my device. My tv stick was faulty.. call in advance before you go to an incredible connection store, it will save you a visit.

Not much variation and prices are high-ish, staff are good and game selection needs looking after, pc peripherals are in abundance which is a good. I would give more stars but it feels its a mix and mash of all components. Which doesnt give it a specific market.

Situated in the Blue Route Mall, parking is never a problem, car guards are plentiful, safe parking, I went to purchase a wireless mouse and key pad for my computer as my existing ones stopped working.Upon entry to the Incredible Connection store I was assisted promptly and taken to the appropriate section in the store to make my selection, I then waited to pay, and waited and waited and waited ironically there was only 1 person ahead of me, after around 5 minutes, it seemed more, I left my intended purchase and left the store.I went to Computer Mania, in the same mall, where I was promptly served, paid and left in under 5 minutes, well done Computer Mania,So sorry for you Incredible Connection, I wonder how many sales you loose in this manner, or is it just me, anyway I will not visit here again as there are more efficient and deserving outlets in competition, that is my opinion anyway, but I had a bad experience here.

When I try call incredible they put me on hold and also hang up on me. For me that is not what a company should do as it shows zero respect to the customer at all. That is not good customer service.If I could put 0 stars I would just because they are unhelpful

Just wow!...After an initial hiccup with an online purchase,I approached the walk in store for a refund /return.I was assisted by Hayley,who attended to my request,in a professional an painless manner,so to speak.All she needed was my online invoice,and just like that I left with cash in hand.Thank you Hayley,customer care is alive and well in your store.

Disgusting service.... bought a tablet there Feb 2020, it broke before lockdown. I tried to to return it WITH MY SLIP and was told they cannot refund me or replace the unit! Subsequently we handed it in during lockdown 4/3 received it a few months later, the cover was returned broken and the password was wiped so we cannot access the tablet now. I spoke to the manager who said she would contact me to resolve this and nothing has happened yet. I now have a useless device I paid good money for and no help from Increble Connection....

What a breath of fresh air to see that some shops really care about their customers! From the beginning, the staff explored all options and could attend to my many queries. I ended up purchasing a Lenovo 520 which came with a stylus. I honestly am thoroughly impressed with Blue Routes branch as their Northern Suburbs cousin leaves much to be desired. They have really set the bar high when it comes to customer service. Chelsea was such a star and kept me updated throughout the near-tedious process. Jamie is also another excellent consultant who quickly fixed what could have been a payment disaster. The in-service chap is also well clued up and works really quickly, as he set up my Microsoft Office in-store beyond closing time, which I really appreciated. Lee and his partner-in-crime colleague (whose name escapes me but helped set up my Active Pen) are also very helpful and friendly. I will definitely be returning to THIS Incredible Connection MOSTLY because of the service I received from the staff!!!

Ive bought JBL earphones for R199 and was happy, but then the left one stopped.I returned it and they gave me a new one. Great.The other day, same thing, left ear piece stops working. I enjoy my music while I work and this was incredibly frustrating.I also have a hunch theyre aware of the systemic issue with the product because its reduced. Does JBL know youre stocking and flogging poor products that you should have recalled?Youre making JBL look really bad here as an outlet. And youre trashing your customers trust as well.Im not impressed at all and one I get this sorted out again, Ill not shop there anymore. There are many better places to get my tech from.

Rating with a 3 because the sales manager was called to rather assist because the salesman showed no interest in us as the customer.... Not one of favourite computer stores, some of their staff dont know what theyre talking about and try to sell you what they think you need and not what you want. Thats one reason why when it comes to computers and its peripherals I prefer to shop online.PS dont use their repair centre theres a clause in the doc u sign that actually, I know this is extreme, but it says if they break you unit theyre not responsibleTreat with caution
