I broke the screen of my phone and came in to Cellucity, Cavendish for a repair. Unfortunately, there was no stock, and since my phone is about four years old, I was told I would battle to get a replacement. I decided it was cheaper to buy a new but cheap phone for the moment.Faaria Schroeder couldnt have been more helpful - swopping my Sims; downloading whatsapp etc etc. It was a very lengthy process, and she was marvellously patient throughout!

My daughter and I were very lucky to have a very knowledgeable young man called Matthew assist us today. My apologies for not asking what his surname is. Matthew went beyond the call of duty by ensuring that everything was transferred from my old cellphone, even putting on the protective screen without me having to ask him. He really is an asset to the company, particularly to the Cavendish branch and I sincerely hope he will progress far. I would happily give him more than five stars if this was an available option.

I contacted Matthew to express my interest in buying a phone through contract. I have to admit that he went above and beyond in making in securing phone contract as quick as possible. He kept me updated throughout the application process, he was very friendly and willing to answer all my questions with great enthusiasm and interest. I would like to give him 10stars for this exceptional service !!!

Slow, but sorted and satisfied!The system was slow to process the transfer of my account, however Bradley made the wait such ease with some banter and friendly chatting. When it came to time running out I was worried Id have to come back another day... But this was not the case! The guys were happy to continue and just keep me in the loop. Very happy with the help I received, and relieved the transfer was successful :)

I only become a customer of CelluCity Cavendish Square this year. My experience with Olinka (Store Manager) and the team have been nothing short of amazing!!From change my package just after I did an upgrade to one that suited my actual requirements to sorting my international roaming after being stuck in Europe with no access to my network.I can highly recommend the staff at CelluCity Cavendish Square for anything and everything cellular related!!

I dont usually complain about service but today was one of the days I thought I should sit down and write my review. Me and my wife received a terrible service in 2 of your stores today Kenilworth and Cavendish. My wifes phone was acting up for days so we decided to go and buy her a new phone and I was also looking to repair my LCD. The first place that came in our minds was Cellucity coz we have heard about their excellent service and good prices when buying cash. We were ignored as we walked in the store, not even a hie, welcome how can we assist you and we were the only customers in the store. Instead they carried on with their conversation as we dont exist. We approached a colored lady that was sitting behind the counter and told her about our budget and what we looking for, she gave us a very bad attitude and she seemed like someone who is not willing to assist us at all, we walked out and drove to Cavendish branch hoping to get a better service. We got to the shop at about 4:40pm and we could see everyone is busy, so we waited until all counters were empty, so as we standing there waiting to be assisted. The staff started leaving the store 1 by 1 up until we decided to approach another lady who was also on her way out. We asked her if they is anyone to assist us, her response with another attitude was Excuse me!!! How long have you been waiting coz I did not see you and our shift is done we still waiting for another shift to come in. So no one could assist us coz their shift was done. Wow! What an experience we had from Cellucity today. We ended up buying our phone in another store. Very disappointed
