I purchased Huawei p40 upgrade I was promised all my info would be available in the new phone from my old Huawei, the phone was cloned and I was promised all my whats app messages would be available. due to the new Huawei not being able to use Google play services I lost all my whats app messages. Not only did I loose my messages I was asked to pay R160 for him to do what was agreed in the fist place. Incredibly rude service with a huge attitude. I will never get a vodacom contract again due to the promises not fulfilled.

I went to the store to do a SIM swap and the lady tells me I have to come back next week, because they cant login to the system that does the prepaid SIM swaps. What the hell? Before I got to the store she was sitting on her phone doing nothing instead of trying to resolve her issues preventing her from being a productive employee. Vodacom you need to manage your staff and stores better

I went to cancel a contract which i opened within 14 days by Vodacom zevenwacht but they are refusing they say they cant help me but i tell them its a cooling off contract the mananger is not helping at all he says i must call the call centre and their call centre say they must resolve this at the shop because i opened the contract there .

I was in the store on Sunday 21 July to report my phone was stolen. I was helped by a gentleman Quintin. I filled out a insurance claim form and he informed me that he will submit my documents on Monday 22 July as the insurance company dont operate on a Sunday. Monday passed then Tuesday passed and I had no call or sms to say that my claim is being processed. I then called the insurance company Wednesday 24 July to be told that my documents was never submitted. I then gave Quintin a call on Thursday 25 July and he had no idea what I was talking about and asked if he can call me back. Then he took my name and number. It is Friday 26 July and I still havent heard from him. If that is how customers is being treated then I think its super pathetic and I will never recommend anyone to go there if they actually want excellent customer service. I hope he will be dealt with and please send him for customer services training because he is a pathetic sales person.

If I could rate them any lower I would bought the G6 on promotion waited more than a month to get my K4 my G6 stopped working about two months into having it sent into repairs waited 3 weeks for my phone to return didnt get the box of my phone back. One week later my phone broke again sent my phone in again waited a week for my phone to return got my phone back after a day my phone broke again same issue everytime. Went in to vodacom again asked for the manager. Theres no manager at the shop they took my phone and booked it in again still waiting on my phone for more than two weeks now and never got the box of my phone either

On April 30, I told about the good servicewhich I got at Vodashop in Zevenwacht Mall. The very friendly man Hyrun January. helped me in. african. Was there again this morning to ask Hyrun something ... What a disappointment. Only had to wait from 08h45 to open 09h00. I was there first.Ask Hyrun. First man says Hyrun no longer works there. He does not offer to help me, help the man who was behind me. I ask another man if he can help. Must be English. The guy just has to log onto his Laptop on their system first. He doesnt get scored there, he cant help me !! I have to wait until he can finally log onto their system or come back later. I said no thanks, Im walking now.Definitely not good service. They open so late. Must make sure he is logged onto the system before opening. Will look for help at other Vodacom Shop next time😀😀
