There are two Consultant there. I think her name is Dineo or Dimpho. And the other guy. Their service is amazing & friendly unlike in Liberty Promenade where they are arrogant & racist. They couldnt let me into the store to open a contract no even have a look of cellphone on special. But they let other Coloured People in. That boy at the door his name start with K... I forgot it. Hes no good for the Company

What i love about this store is the vibrant staff, and the alluring atmosphere. My preference is to do a walk -in whenever I have a query instead of dealing with the call centre as I find it much more simpler than having to he placed on hold (For days). To be greeted with a smile and to have the customer leave with satisfaction I believe is their motto as I have sent quite a few family members their way and all have only But good things to say. If you are ever turned away with dissatisfaction at a nearby Telkom store , reroute to Watergate. Your faith in service will be restored.

I went to Watergate to do SIM replacement on Tuesday and they said it will be activated after 3 working days which is Friday but to my surprise the SIM card is not activated yet.When I contacted them early today the lady said she cant do anything I have to wait ,am so disappointed😒 in you guys
