I always receive great service from Tamyln Johnson at Cell C Cape Gate. I have been with her for about 4 years now and always go back when I need a new contract or upgrade and everytime I receive such great service. Would definitely recommend her and Cape Gate branch to friends and family.
I went to your branch at Cape Gate on the 10th of April 2021 and did a change of ownership. Of course stood in a long queue to be assisted. The lady assisting us promised that the change would have been done in 3 hours. Today it is the 15th of April 2021 and still no word from them. I contacted the Call Centre who confirmed that nothing was sent to them and nothing was done.This is really unacceptable.
Been waiting for more than 40min without any service, the que has yet to move. Staff move at snails pace. Store is full of waiting customers, yet staff dont seem to have a care in the world. If you are looking for service this is not the store to come too. The store either needs more staff or more efficient people working. Only two staff members in the store at month end..

Extremely bad sevice and so unprofessional. I have been waiting for about 40 min and only 2 people at the counter with a line of 5 people. I was called to come collect my new wifi rooter, but when I arrived it was not ready.I think cell c has the baddest service and I will not be purchasing here again.

Went to the store today to get a very unpleasant man who doesnt looked to impressed to be doing his job, who had to look up from his phone to notice someone at the door. To then be told that there is no stock in a very rude manner. The least he could have done was take my details to inform me when the stock would arrive.
I called before visiting the store and spoke to Tamlyn, she advised she will put the phone aside that I wanted to upgrade too we set a time I would be at the store and ended the call. Arrived at the store waited in the line outside of the store for 45 min(she was aware I was standing outside) when i finally was let into the store i was told they gave the phone to another customer. i was then told they are very sorry and would try to push thru a different phone in a higher price bracket(more time wasted) this also didnt work. Then Tamlyn said they are receiving stock on Wednesday and she would give me a call, Wednesday arrived no call from Tamlyn. So i called and was told no A71 has arrived and they are not able to tell me when it would be available. They kept on saying pandemic pandemic but it seems they forget that I phoned before I went to the store to confirm they have what i need so i do not put my self or others at risk. thanks for endangering my life and wasting my time.

Never tell a customer that stock will arrive today and when you phone at the end of the day you get told hopefully tomorrow we will have stock. Angelica let this be a lesson to you.
35 minutes waiting (still), no acknowledgement that clients waiting even exist. If it wasnt a matter of urgency I would have left this very poorly serviced shop.Have been a Cell C client for very long, this is the worst service Ive ever experienced!!
Very bad service. 3 months after a canceling contracts and still problems over billing me. Defiantly going over to a different service provider.
