Click cleaning was really wonderful in how they dealt with me as I was certainly a difficult customer and they went out of their way to try to make me happy. So 10/10 for customer service. But ultimately the quality of the cleaning was extremely lacklustre considering the price.Ive discovered so much dirt in places I was told were cleaned. Two of the three rugs I had cleaned still smell mildewy.There is a whole lot of backstory I could write out about what lead to my unhappiness. Some of it is my fault as I had to go out for most of the cleaning time. But I feel like after spending R2000 on four hours of deep cleaning, I should not be wiping curtain rails a few days afterwards and finding the cloth covered in dust, or be able to wipe dirt from window frames, or be able to scrub marks out of cupboards that were left as stains. And when I pay for four hours of deep cleaning, I feel like I shouldnt return home half an hour before those four hours were finished and find that theyve already left even if they were technically done.The cleaners came back to try to make me happy, but I needed to get back to work and I honestly just wanted them out of my home for how disappointed I was.Maybe my standards are too high, but I would argue that Clicks pricing sets up high expectations. I could have spent less to get someone in to clean for the entire day for less than what Click charges for a single hour of deep cleaning.

A big shout out to James and NIka on the most amazing service. I called the number on their profile on a Sunday .....sure that it wouldn’t be answered, and was completely blown away when James answered. I explained my dilemna advising that I was based in Durban and that I needed a deep cleanse for a friends flat that my son had been house sitting in Sea Point.......and my son had tested positive for covid. AND.... the friend was due back this morning @10.30.......no pressure😂 James very willingly advised that he could assist, and after a few WhatsApp messages backward and forward, we arranged for this morning . True to his word and on time ....he himself did the cleansing and kept me informed every step of the way. This is what you call service!!!!!! And the most amazing service at that !! So if anyone in the area needs cleaning of this kind.....please contact James and NIka!!
