Had a major issue when my suits I took there for dry cleaning got mixed up and I was running late for my flight. Contacted the owner, within 45min they had sorted everything and managed to deliver everything to my office... with a complimentary laundry bag. Problem solving at its best... Thanks to Mai Chennai, a class above many.
