Magic Carpet Care cleaner a big carpet and a mattress at our house in Somerset West. They came 2 hours after we called them and did a very thorough job, removing stains and melted candle wax. The carpet was dry anc could be walked on 2 hours after they left. The mattress was dry the next day. They were very professional and followed Covid-19 safety protocols. I have no problem with the work that they did but I did not receive a quote for a call out fee of R300 which should have been given to me upon quoting but was just added to the bill !
