Extreaamly bad service from the starf ansering the phone called to ask about carwas an the firts guy tells me what time car wash opens. And as im about to enquery he puts the fone down then i call a gain to find out what the price of the valet and she screams at me as if im deff real if you dont like working weekends find a nother job i under stand that dealing with customers it not easy i personely think its the worst cob but at least hear your cliant out and if you dont have the tolerance to deal with it ask your colige to asis t

Went to the shop last week. Had two customers standung against the the counter talking to the cashier while I tried to pay for my stuff. When I pointed out that they need to allow me to use the card machine and they(your cashiers and customer) laughed and proceeded to go on talking. Besides the fact that nobody should be standing that close while you have to use your card at the counter, absolutely no regard for social distancing. I ended up having to use cash.

Only fill up petrol here. Happy with Absa rewards. I didnt use any other services here.

That was the last time I’ll be visiting Sasol Parklands. The cashier is not only unfriendly and dismissive but when the card machine didn’t scan my card properly she commented with “Nou moet ek wéér die k@k scan” (Now I have to scan this s*** again) making me feel like it’s my fault for the machine’s dysfunction. Also not wearing a mask whatsoever. In past reviews I can see Chrizell is already famous for her antics.Sasol are you really okay with that level of service? Wow. Utterly disgusted.

Very disappointed with service , went to thestore for gas refill 06/06/2020 , up on entry I was not greeted by the women behind the counter just told to take my empty to the corner and get a replacement , when it came time to pay I asked if I could tap my card to which I got a snotty replay saying I told you to insert the card , when it didnt want to read my chip she asked me to swip my card to which I replied that I will not do that and asked her to void and retry , she then threw the machine down that she was busy with and got another machine she then said you can tap this one to which I did , she then gave me my Invoice like she had done me a favour and didnt even thank me for my purchase , in this economic environment where jobs are so scarce one should be happy to have a job this cashier Chrizell her name according to my slip doesnt seem to feel the same 😔 . This was a real shame for me as i have always had great service from the Gentleman cashiers in the past. Sorry but you have just lost a client and I dont think I am the only one .

Forecourt service is acceptable, but the convenience shop is way overpriced with the few products they have on offer.

For the 2nd time now, this garage is understaffed. Last time I waited for 5min and a car that arrived after me was helped 1st so I left. This evening, they only had 2 attendants and 5 pumps open. This is appalling as far as Sasol is concerned! Im disappointed. The guy didnt even ask to check my oil and water

The one staff member who deserves credit is Godfrey, the other two behind the counter who seemed more interested in eachother rather than taking money is why I am disappointed in the only Sasol in my area and will not go back.

Wednesday - Car wash special. Good price but the service not so good. They also wash my car. When they finish with the washing. They spray it with a power hose believe it or not the guy at the wash bay blow some paint of my car. I am not very happy about it but what can I say. No training to use such equipment.I cant find any petrol prices info on the internet for sasol. Whys that? Hmm maybe a South African problem.

Good, quick car wash. They offer Wi-Fi in the outdoor waiting area so you can Facebook while you wait

I waited 2 hours for my car to be washed. Poor service and a rip off. Stay away from this car wash and garage. Absolute time waster.
