Rude arrogant staff, They feel that they doing you a favour when you stop there im done supporting this business. I will take my money elsewhere.

Awesome, but no salted caramel Kit Kats (only the peanut butter abominations). Ive been to every Pick n Pay, Spar, Food Lovers and OK in the greater Blaauwberg municipality and its Level 5 Lockdown all over again.

The workers at car wash not wearing masks. When I told them to put their masks on they reply that it is OK to be without mask for they are outside. I explained the COVID-19 protocols but they did not want to listen. This tells me that the management does not enforce the regulations and that the workers are not well informed.

Terrible car wash. I would have stayed to make them do a better job but I had an appointment. My bonnet was brown and they didn’t touch the dash , so now I’m doing it myself.

Dont enjoy going there, each time I buy somthing I have to check change as they always round off and give back less... The worst I was given back R2.40 short... Till also rings up different prices to the shelf tag, so have to check that too

This garage sucks... After a cool drink they wanted to sell a straw fo 50c...I thought it was a joke at 1st only to learn they really meant it

Ive lived in the area 5 or so years and the garage is a convenient stop but every departure is followed by a sweeping declaration, Ill never come back here again!Looking at the other reviews, I can see Im not alone. I have too many horror stories to share but it boils down to, The staff is lazy and incompetent and the cashiers are rude and bordering on rasist, maybe its a coincidence but the forecourt card machine never seems to work when Im there.I made the mistake of stopping there again this morning, the card machine didnt work. I went inside to pay where a guy jumped the queue and was served before me. I then turned around and went to the ATM instead but the machine didnt work so back to the cashiers. Paid for the petrol but when asked about the ATM the cashier continued to scream at me, telling me that the machine isnt broken, its just not working right now.Sort out your staff. Your business can do so much better, most people will travel far for good service.And one more sweeping declaration, Im never going back there again.

Went there yesterday, and got totally ignored by forecourt staff. Even if youre busy with another customer, at least have the decency to acknowledge my presence. A simple:Hi or be with you soon will go a long way. Eventually an attendant came casually strolling out of the shop, and dragged his feet with great effort in my direction. By this time I lost my good mood, and asked him how long Ive been here, waiting for service. Of course he wouldnt know, because frankly he just doesnt care. Even though this (non) service station is very near to my home, I will not be a customer of yours henceforth.

Pathetic. Absolutely pathetic service. Stood in a queue for 5 minutes with the counter lady talking to some guy. Then as he left she immediately helped the guy behind me completely skipping over me trying to get her attention. Again. PATHETIC service.

DONT USE THIS GARAGE, THEIR SERVICE IS HORRIBLE ... Had the worst experience there. Yesterday parked at a pump and saw that all the attendants were busy. So I waited. Then 2 other cars parked at the pumps next to me. I had an attendant walk towards me and then quickly goebto the vehicle next to me which arrived after me. Another walks past and I confront him and he said “I’m busy”. So after 20 minutes of waiting and being ignored I decided to go to ENGEN at Merlot rather.

Dont know who is running this business but bad management. Can sit in your car and wait for ten minutes to fill up fuel while the staff is chatting and laughing Ignoring clients. On a previous occation petrol attendent tried to hook up with me. Bad service

Slowest carwash in the world. And then a half job on top of that. All while being expensive.

Under staffed and rude. Dont know who is running this place but they have no clue.
